This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever encountered at any location the manager on duty was awfully rude.This will be my last time at this location. I spent $40 on two sandwiches and two chips and to get treated like this is heartbreaking because i know how much potbelly integrity and value.!

Do not eat here! A man with a black beard and tattoos was very unpleasant. He was texting on his phone and moved really slow to make my order. He had a poor attitude plus my order was stale and cold. Him and the other employees were laughing whenever someone requested an item. Very unprofessional and I will make sure people I know will not come back here.

Don’t understand why the manager was rolling his eyes at me for asking if both of my orders were in the same bag. But I guess that’s how they function at this store.

Went for the easiest item (grilled cheese). Someone took my order, forgot to make it, gave everyone else who came after me their orders while I was waiting like an idiot, never took responsibility for this, never apologized, and then gave me an attitude when I asked for my money back.

Very unclean. When bringing the specifics to a managers attention, he refused to approach it. He refused to see it and told me that he would take care of it. The back of the monitor to read orders directly over top of the food appears with thick black dirt, dust, cobb webs. I took a picture to submit to a district regional office or the health department.

Ordered for the first time - the soup was okay but the BLTA sandwich looked like this - I didn’t even touch. I was with a friend of mine and hers was also horrible. Safe to say it was our first and last

Me and my children stood in line for ten mins no one served us so we just walked out. A guy came from out the back looked at me greeted me and kept doing what he was doing it was someone at the register she finished with a customer thought she was going to attend to us next she just kept stirring the chili. We never got served
