I am so mad at my sandwich maker. I ordered the chicken salad with bacon and avocado. Not one avocado on my sandwich and barely any chicken salad. If it wasn't raining, id go right back up there.

Got the 'A Wreck.' Not bad as far as sub shops go, but not very different from any of them either

Theresa was amazing I put a Uber eats order in a need special accommodations and she made sure it was done even double checked it ! Thank you so much !!!!! We at the Hechtwarehouse plan on using this location for our next event

Your run of the mill Potbelly! This particular location did not have their fountain drink station working on our visit, that was disappointing. My pizza melt sandwich was a mess! Sloppy build and package

Today, I had the pleasure of dining at Potbelly, located at 1275 1st Street NE, and it was truly an exceptional experience. My meal was prepared by Theresa, whose outstanding customer service truly made the visit memorable. From the moment I walked in, her warm and inviting demeanor created such a welcoming atmosphere. Theresa crafted a phenomenal sandwich with incredible care and precision, and it was clear that she takes great pride in her work. Every bite was absolutely delicious, reflecting her dedication to quality and excellence.

Theresa isn’t just a skilled sandwich maker—she’s a true gem in hospitality. Every time I visit, her genuine kindness and attention to detail make the experience stand out. Her ability to connect with customers and provide such personalized service is rare and greatly appreciated.

I also want to commend the entire team at this Potbelly location. The staff consistently creates a friendly and efficient environment that enhances the overall experience. It’s evident that everyone works together to maintain high standards in both food and service.

I just expected a better welcoming service everything was good until I got to the middle sandwich maker. I’m speaking to him saying hey how your doing and all I got was a head nod. When he was finished I said thanks have a nice day this time no reply or gesture when I know you understand me cause I came in there before and heard him speaking on his phone. Just expected better because I’ve been going there so long and there always in good spirits.

Employees were laughing about not wanting to work. Making excuses about the store being closed. The store hours posted were 30 min from closing. I understand if I was going at 8:58 that’s rude. But 8:30. That’s just unprofessional and rude.

Delicious and well priced. Would recommend the chicken club. Mac and cheese was icky- but only because I prefer strong cheese.
