Sandwiches are fantastic, but you definitely need to use the app and order ahead or you’ll be in line for ages. Place gets real busy around lunch and it’s hard to find a spot to sit if you are wanting to dine in. But the app is great and they are generous with the points so you get lots of rewards, definitely worth it!

First visit to a Potbelly Sandwich Shop and it disappointed. The restaurant was filthy and the service was horrible. Staff did not want to be there and they didn't have any problem proving it. We were the only people in the restaurant and they acted like they could care less. Wait in an excessive amount of time for them to take our order and then to make the food. The hot sandwiches were cold by the time they finally completed them. We sat outside to eat and an employee topped off the experience by walking out the door and lighting up a cigarette and the breeze carried the smoke right to our table. This was last Sunday, 3/16. Maybe they do better during the week. I hope all their stores aren't run like this. After that experience I'm not so sure I want to find out.

You get your money’s worth. The sandwich and salad combo is a deal. The 7.99 combo is a deal also. Ate here twice while on our trip. It was good at two different locations. The food is fresh and delicious!

Glorified Subway. The concept is pretty similar even though the ingredients are of much better quality. The service was very good with a good attitude and the interior is well decorated. For the sandwich itself, it was maybe a bit too small for my liking, but still decent nonetheless.
