Never ordering from this location again. Order was supposed to be ready at 4:44 only one person on the floor panicking trying to make walk in orders only to prioritize those and ignore mobile orders. Not sure if this location has a staffing problem or just bad timing. My sandwich had a avocado seed inside of it. Avoid at all cost save yourself the trouble and visit the one on 13th street if you value your time.

The sandwich was good, and the broccoli cheddar soup was hot and tasty. The salad was fresh as well. However, the service was slow and inattentive, and they attempted to overcharge us. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but the experience could have been better.

We went on a weekend when business is typically slower in DC. The employees (2-3 of them) were not excited that we came in for lunch. We were the only patrons, but the four of us ordered a decent amount of food, totaling about $60. We sat inside to eat, which is fine, and when we were done I went to find a restroom. I couldn’t find it so I asked the employee and he said there wasn’t one?!? I have never in my entire life ate at a restaurant that did not have a toilet. I don’t know if he was lying to me or not but I did find that extremely odd and annoying.

The tables needed cleaning from crumbs all over tables. The meatball sandwich was Ok, the customer service was great.

This is great place for take out. Appeared to be only one person on a shift, and process takes longer. I strongly advice to app order ahead of times. When we went in about 5:00 pm, already most of the chairs were put upside down and unable to use. Outside seating is not strict to the Potbelly customer. Finding the seating might be a challenge. Food tastes good for reasonable pricing. Soup runs out very quickly, so go early if you want.

Excellent customer experience, delicious soup and sandwich!!
The tall woman at the register with long hair and two tattoos of stars on her left arm is the rudest cashier we experienced on any vacation. Why be so mean when we just want to pay for our food? We came for lunch on July 11 and my wife asked if the strawberry shake is good and this woman gave a mean response saying she has no idea about this shake. My daughter asked for the code to the bathroom and she answered in an unkind voice. Why do you have to make lunch such a bad experience?

The worst customer service I’ve ever had! The food was horrible as well. Just go to Subway and save yourself the time.
