I made a note to visit this place during my stay as I saw it exiting the metro station. On the last day, my friend and I arrived there a few minutes after open there just before we left for the airport. The door was locked but a guy (the manager I presume) was quick to open it and welcome us in. He was very lovely and quick at making the BBQ pork belly sandwich, which was delicious by the way, asking my friend and I questions about ourselves since our accents are notably not from the USA. He wished us a safe flight, and this interaction made my day - I’m writing this after being in the airport all day waiting for my delayed flight. I think this positive start to the day has made everything better

A group of 4 of us came to this Potbelly’s location to eat sandwiches on 10/28. We were the only ones in the restaurant. I’ve been to many other Potbelly locations before, this is the first time it took over 15 minutes to get the sandwich. The employees were on a phone call the entire time. I requested toppings like hot peppers and it wasn’t given. They forgot to add avocado on my friend’s BTLA. The tables were sticky somehow. At the end, the man had the audacity to remind us to tip them. This is easily the worst Potbelly’s I’ve been to.

Honestly just wanted to make my review because the folks that work behind the counter at this location are all very nice and have great customer service, even during the busiest time of day. Thought they deserved a kudos!

I showed up 45 minutes before they closing time, waited as one employee let my sandwich sit there for 5-10 minutes after being toasted (I was the only patron in there; she was not providing service to another patron). When I finally got my food, I sat down to eat and was asked to leave because they were "about to close."

First time at Potbelly, heard good things. Unfortunately, they made the incorrect salad and caused a 10 minute delay. Once I opened the salad up, it was clear that Potbelly is selling wilted and spoiled produce...If they are proud to serve this, it makes one wonder what the unseen conditions of this facility are.
