Great little sandwich shop. I tried the pizza melt and it was pretty good. Also tried a chocolate cookie which was also great. Stop by if you want a good quick meal.

This past Monday I made an in app purchase for a delivery with this location as my usual location near Chinatown was closed last year. I know that the store is about 2 1/2 blocks from my job but I usually deliver because I don’t have much time on my lunch break to pinpoint exactly where it is. Anyway, I placed an order this past Monday for a delivery, and it took almost 45minutes for me to get my food AFTER my estimated delivery time despite me calling both the store and delivery driver multiple times. Once I finally did receive my food, my sandwich was soggy from sitting and waiting to be delivered. As someone who regularly eats here for my lunch break, I wanted to express how extremely disappointing this experience was to get my order almost 45minutes later than my arrival time after both paying a delivery fee, as well as being less than 3 blocks away. I’m not sure exactly what has happened, but maybe some additional training need to be had within the location?

My sandwich was prepared quickly, the staff were nice, and while it’s not a Taj Mahal inside, what did you expect for a Potbelly’s? My experience was exactly what I expected, and the price was good, too—$10.70 (including tax) for the classic size Italian. Can’t touch that price for a meal at any restaurant in the area.
The cashier was not nice at all. I was standing at the register, and she didn't say hi, or may I help you, or have you been here before. When she finally looked up, she said, "You need to order down there." When I went down to order, the other lady didn't say hi or how may I help you. "What do you want?" So damm rude. I will never be back.

I came trying to find something quick, i’m not from here. Needed to pee first, trying to mind my business and door got banged on by an employee. The lady that took my order seemed like she didn’t want to take my order. EVERYTHING was put on my sandwich when all i asked for was what came in it. it was so hot i only took three bites. This crew needs better customer service. A smile goes a long ways.
