This is my favorite restaurants in the general area of the Washington Conversation Center, and best Potbelly I've ever been in. I am one of their "regulars", and they are consistently good. So I am not baseing this glowing review off of one good experience.Kid-friendliness: While they don't have a kids menu, of the downtown DC restaurants I've been in, I guarantee the staff will be as "kid friendly" as a place can be. Even when peak busy, it's calm enough not to add fuel to a kids energy level.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance and restaurant on the same level surface. However, the doors are not motorized; but appear fairly light and nice big, easy to grasp, handles. There is no latch.

Stopped for lunch. Saturday's don't seem to be busy so we had plenty seating spots and the food was Potbelly good. I tried the chicken pot pie but I wasn't a fan. Stick to what they known for and that works. Nice big windows.

Check your receipt. I bought a big sandwich and was charged for 2 regular sandwiches. So I was ripped off for the $4-5 price difference. I was too tired to go back and argue it. Not sure why the lady did that. She asked me what sandwich I had right as she was ringing me up. The sandwich was tasty and the guy who made my sandwich was courteous...just a weird rip off. Like was she fixin to take a sandwich home? Was it an honest mistake? idk. Just check your receipt right away!
Good sandwiches made to order. We were happy with the service. The place is located in a nice corner where there is also outdoor seating. Tables and restrooms were clean. It had a good ambiance overall.

Never been to a potbelly before so I didn't know what to expect. It was super easy getting through the line and getting a sandwich. The food was good and there was plenty of seating around lunch. Looked like a lot of people called ahead and took food back to their offices.
