I ordered small chicken salad and a roast beef sandwich. The salad wasn’t in the bag.

I asked for a combo menu and I just asked them to change it if I could change the bread to regular size. The employee there said it was possible. They changed it, but when I came to pay, it was as if I had said a normal sandwich, not a combo menu, they charged me more, and even though chips and drinks were included in the combo, they were charged separately. In short, I was scammed. When he expressed this, he said that there was nothing to do, you can't change it. I definitely do not recommend it. Although I asked for a refund, it was not done.

They are nasty and mean in there. They don’t even try to take their time to understand people with accents. They yell at you for nothing. Will never go back there. They are ignorant.

Potbelly Sandwich Shop across the street from Catholic University is a super convenient spot for students. The large seating area is perfect if you want to dine in, though I usually grab my sandwiches to go. Their milkshakes are always delicious and hit the spot every time. However, I've noticed the consistency of the sandwiches can vary a bit depending on the visit.

The staff is generally friendly, although I've observed some interesting interactions with other customers. The restaurant could use a bit more attention when it comes to cleanliness, but they still do an okay job. One downside is the prices, which I find to be a bit high for what you get. Overall, it's a good place to stop by for a quick bite, especially if you're in the area.

The original Italian had meat so thin, it looked like I had bread only with fixings. Wish I could add the picture to prove no exaggeration.

Went here for dinner on a trip, it was interesting to say the least. The food was gross, the place was dirty. Don’t recommend.

i went here for dinner for a class trip and i got a carrot in my non carrot sandwich and the chips tasted like pure plastic

Prices are crazy, but everything else was great!

I don’t know what’s going on here- either Potbelly has changed or the people putting the toppings on are doing something - but three sandwiches in a row over the course of a few months have been terrible. Lacking flavor, bread is smaller than before.. just not good. What a shame since it’s really the only place to grab a sandwich on Monroe.

Good thing they have a college crowd to keep them in business. Dining room was filthy, staff indifferent, food was just okay. Not PotBellys quality at all.
