First time visiting Potbelly Sandwich Shop, and it was a great experience! I had the Avocado Turkey Sandwich, my niece had the Ham Sandwich, and my Nana tried the Veggie Melt. All of us were impressed by how fresh and flavorful everything was. The staff were super helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting too. Definitely a place we’d come back to! Highly recommend!

The customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. I waited at the checkout register for 5 minutes while the staff person texted on her phone. There were 5 employees there and no one acknowledged anything while we all waited in line to pay. Other than that the place was as expected from a Potbelly.

The sandwiches are nice, though a bit small. Too bad they don't have many vegetarian options. The service was super friendly and made us feel welcome, being patient and helpful as we were ordering

I got a wholesome and hearty Avo Turkey sub here. It was fresh and made fast. The breads are freshly baked. All the employees were friendly and helpful. A particular fountain soda was out, so they replaced it with a bottled drink. There's inside and outside seating. We sat inside and enjoyed watching the busy street traffic and people passing by thru the huge windows. Good value for quality here.

I had missed a good deli sub like they have The deli mustard was great and the avocado on the BLTA was very fresh. I enjoyed DC, and I look forward to my next visit.

The guy put 3 ingredients I didn’t order on my sandwich (onions, spices, and oil). When I came to get a replacement sandwich he sprayed mayo and mustard everywhere on it (I asked for just a little), and put 1.5 slices of tomato and 1 sliver of pickle. No way he was trying to make a good sandwich.

Don't ever stand in line here. There was only one person in front of me, but the workers were so busy assembling online orders that my sandwich sat there until it was cold. Gross.
This location is a hard-no.

Great atmosphere and food, but the service was odd. The man taking our order couldn't hear over yelling and fans in the background, and walked out to be replaced by a new guy. We sat down to eat inside and could only hear the workers yelling to each other. The food was great however and the view of the street and plants was good. Overall would recommend, maybe order ahead? Usually not super busy on weekdays either.
Parking: Hard to find spots
Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of accessibility. No ramp, bell to ring for wheelchair, tables of various heights.

Sandwich is very tasty and highly recommend. Location is very convenient. However, the customer service is less to be desired. Employees are very inattentive and prefer to be on their phones rather than serve the customer, prepare the food, and check them out. They are very slow, stand-offish, do not speak up, and look at you as if you are bothering them. There were only 3 people ahead of me and they had to wait a significant amount of time so they could get off their phones and do their job.
Management - this is a trend at this location with multiple customer complaints. Please address the issue at hand.

Not enough staff, short line. Ordered my food and then it got cold waiting for toppings, 30 minutes total to get my order completed. Staff was friendly.

Beware if you are an employee in the area and have an hour lunch!
My last experience in this Potbelly was horrendous. I go here pretty often and I am in the habit of ordering ahead. I waited 50 minutes for an order that was places at 11 am for 12pm pick up. Exhausted my entire lunch hour to just wait for a sandwich. Everyone was franticly working which makes me feel terrible for the workers. My friend who didn't order ahead got their sandwich 30 mins before my order. It was frustrating to say the least and at that point I didn't know how to cancel the order or try to get food somewhere else.

It was an amazing sandwich, I'll be back soon?
I love their food but they gotta get their online order system working properly.
Every time I order online I walk in to an empty shelf. I always arrive 10 minutes after my pickup time and I still end up waiting. I've even watched people go through the line and get their food before I do even though I'm there after my pickup was supposed to be ready.
The person bagging the food always looks stressed out and doing a balancing act of bags. I don't think they're being lazy or anything. I think it's just too much and there's not a good enough system to run both walkin's and pickup.
I'd be fine if the pickup time were later, just want it to be accurate. Perhaps it's a corporate issue.
