Lisa (store manager) was very, very kind to me recently. I can tell that she is like that genuinely on and off the clock. I was having issues with ordering and applying my discount to my sandwich. She didn't even hesitate to not only help me but provided me with her discount. Top tier customer service, not just for the discount but she made it seem like she enjoyed assisting me.SHOUT TO ME MISS LISA!
We just had the milkshakes and they were delicious.
Very kind stuff, quality food, good prices
Pretty good food, really nice servers!!
Thank you so much food and customer service was great!
The food and service was great but the maintenance is lacking
I ordered a Turkey combo, I told the sandwich guy, extra mayo (had no mayo), a little lettuce when I asked for extra lettuce. I asked for oil had none. This was the worse sandwich. We he grabbed my sandwich and walked over, I already knew it wasnt going to be right. Some people just dont need to work a job if u not going to do it right or to the customer satisfaction. Please save your money and do not go to this location. Also, I called to speak with a manager and I was left on hold. Just a complete mess!!
The worse customer service one can experience. Stay away from this location. This establishment has one of the rudest people employed there who gives off toxic energy to patrons. She is a young woman who doesn't greet you, but instead mean mugs you the entire time your in the store then proceeds to berate you when you ask to remove or add toppings to a sandwich. BTW, when I got home to eat my sandwich it was a hot mess. Potbelly fell off big time and it starts with their staff. I'll never spend a dime at Potbelly ever again.

Had a wonderful experience with your employee Austin. I was having one of those days where I kept encountering unpleasant people and situations and then I entered your restaurant and was pleasantly served by Austin. He was so friendly and kind and didn’t mind explaining the contents of every salad even though there was a menu board hanging from the ceiling which I didn’t see until later. I never ate here before so I didn’t know anything. Thank you for hiring kind and helpful people!

Okay place. Nothing special. Its more a “grab a sandwich for lunch break”-place than a family restaurant.

I was shocked by the price difference between this location and the one a short walk away. If you want to save around $2.50 on your meal walk to the 1050 K St. location.

Potbelly (Washington DC: 555 12th street) is a great restaurant. Our servers Nishan and Mason were very kind as they took care of our group of 24 people 1 hour before closing time. The food was delicious and prepared quickly considering they only had two staff on duty at the time. Thanks again guys!!!

Am an old fan of Potbelly in Washington DC , now my kid also become one now . He just loved their max and cheese bacon bowl , it’s like a soupy and creamy rich with chicken chunks . My favourite is their steak sandwich and turkey club . The taste and nostalgia still remains there .
