Visited on 12/7/2025 at 3:45pm, they had two staff members working. A male and young female. The male is who took our order and made it. He was not the friendliest. I tried to make small talk with him telling him that we drove 3 hrs just to eat at potbelly and he blew me off just asking if I was ordering anything else rushing us through the line. I then get to the register where I had to wait for the young girl to finish making her own person milk shake. She was very RUDE. No kind of smile nothing. She seems like she hated her job. She hurry up tapping the screen, got it to where I needed to pay and walked off. Never offered me a receipt, never checking that it went through, never greeting or saying have a good day. I then asked for a spoon for my broccoli cheese spoon & I got a response that they don’t have spoons… the store was dirty and VERY outdated. As someone who use to run a potbelly sandwich shop, this is very poor service and not up to potbelly standards.

I am traumatized. The rudest personal we have found in USA! Everything is a mess, the don’t know how to cooperate or to be kind. In addition, the coffee was DISGUSTING. A change in workers is necessary.

I have been going to this Potbelly regularly for the last two years. The service is always excellent! The staff is always pleasant and gets orders completed quickly. Even when there is a long line, I know that I'll be able to get my order in just a few minutes. Lisa, the General Manager, jumps in wherever is necessary in order to keep things moving as quickly and swiftly as possible. As someone that eats out often, I am confident that this store is above average in service and taking care of customers. Keep up the great work!

Lisa (store manager) was very, very kind to me recently. I can tell that she is like that genuinely on and off the clock. I was having issues with ordering and applying my discount to my sandwich. She didn't even hesitate to not only help me but provided me with her discount. Top tier customer service, not just for the discount but she made it seem like she enjoyed assisting me.SHOUT TO ME MISS LISA!

I ordered a Turkey combo, I told the sandwich guy, extra mayo (had no mayo), a little lettuce when I asked for extra lettuce. I asked for oil had none. This was the worse sandwich. We he grabbed my sandwich and walked over, I already knew it wasnt going to be right. Some people just dont need to work a job if u not going to do it right or to the customer satisfaction. Please save your money and do not go to this location. Also, I called to speak with a manager and I was left on hold. Just a complete mess!!
