Very good broccoli soup. Not much space. The skinny turkey sandwich had a too dry taste, as I didn't know that I could add pickles, tomatoes o some other toppings.

Wow, their sandwiches are to die for. I got the roast beef one and suggest to all! The bread is perfect and the amount of meat and cheese. I’m hungry just writing about it.

I don't usually prefer to give negative comments. But this is serious, the steakhouse sandwich that I had bought today tasted awful. When i opened up the sandwich to check the smell, I could find fungus all over. Im not sure is it the bread or the sauce. Please do keep this in mind. It cause serious health issues to your customers.

They were extremely rude, also gave me an incomplete order. They barely spoke, even though I was asking them questions and ordering. Not very nice treatment to customer or clear in their statements. Clerk almost throw my order when it was ready

I just checked into the State Plaza Hotel after flying into DC from Georgia. I haven’t eaten since I left for the airport @ 7:45am. I saw the restaurant online and that it could be picked up or delivered. I ordered $35 worth of food. I ordered a half of an apple walnut salad that sounded good with fat-free vinaigrette dressing. The app was easy to use and it took less than 25 minutes for Jordan to arrive to the hotel with my order. I made it easy for the young man (on the bike) to deliver the securely stable brown bag of food because I waited outside for my order. I returned to my room and unpacked my order only to discover NO SALAD DRESSING in the bag. The salad had a sticker summarizing exactly the options I selected including the fat free vinaigrette. This let me know that it was the person responsible for bagging the order that failed to include the dressing. I immediately called the restaurant to let them know that there was no dressing for the salad that was just delivered. The young man on the phone said, “so what do you want ME to do about?” I could not believe his response! I told him that I needed Jordan to get on his bike to bring me the dressing! The young man then said, “hold the line”. 39 minutes and I’m still holding!
