Bought a container in January, my husband was eating chicken soup and gagged on a 1” bone inside a chicken piece. This could have ended very badly. Wrote them January 26 - still waiting for an answer from someone about this! Still have the bone and photos for evidence/review

There’s a stomach virus going around and my boyfriend unfortunately got it. He spent all night throwing up and wasn’t able to keep even just water down.We waited until the early afternoon when he stabilized and I got him a soup from here - the grandma style with egg noodles. He’s doing so much better already. I’m having some soup too and it’s delicious. It’s tasty but not dangerous. It sits really well. Great way to rehydrate and get some food in that stays down.

I ordered from Prescription Chicken via Postmates as a post-surgery treat. Both the matzo ball and noodle soups were perfect. Highly recommend if you need some comfort food

So good! These folks are the best. I picked up soup tonight but it spilled as soon as I got in the car. I went back in and they gave me a new one no questions asked. So nice, will be back again and again.

Wish there was an option to add egg noodles to the pot pie soup! But overall this place is my go to when I’m sick and craving soup.

My husband and I order from Prescription Chicken often, whether we are sick or not! We love the soup! It’s always delivered quickly. They give a lot of good quality chicken and the Matzah balls are delicious! Would highly recommend ordering from them!

Chicken Matzo ball soup was absolutely delicious and exactly what the doctor ordered. Grateful to have Prescription Chicken in our area.

I was absolutely so excited about this place. Their menu is adorable and I am in love with the packaging, the soup options, and the whole concept in general. I will start off by saying this meal was around $30 for a vegetarian matza ball soup and a challah roll, not cheap but I was happy to pay this amount as it’s exactly what I was craving!1) the challah roll was 10/10 and so delicious.2) the soup was very oily. I’m not sure what oil they added as this was the vegetarian soup.3) The matza balls themselves were cooked perfectly, but had way too much black pepper in them. I’m the type of person who adds pepper and hot sauce to all my foods… but the matza balls are not something that should be filled with black pepper.4) the vegetables (onion, carrot, and celery) were not cooked. In fact they were CRUNCHY and the onion was strong. Definitely did not have the “sweet” taste onions have after being cooked.Very disappointed as the entire menu of this restaurant is soup. Overall the meal was such a let down, and a big shame since the concept and packaging of this restaurant are amazing. The challah was great.

All I can say is they have the best chicken salad I've ever had in my life. Mouth watering for it while typing. Not sure about the way it looks because I got it delivered. But I could only imagine it's probably as good as the food.

If you're sick and you need chicken soup love.... This will do the job. Their matzah ball soup is legit. I won't say it's amazing soup. You'll have to doctor it up a bit to get it to a more robust flavor. But you won't have to do all the leg work to get it there ;)

Its a shame that this place has such poor customer service because the soup is pretty good. The girl on the front has the worst attitude ever. I ordered online 2 orders of soup. Went to pick it, up and not even a "hello, may i help you" just a blank stare like "why are you even here" I get my order and ask if there were spoons and napkins in the bag and she replies' "Only if you ask for em" I didnt so, i ask for spoons. Her response is "well did you look in the bag and see if spoons are in there first" Ummm no because you just told me that if i didnt ask, they wouldn't be in there. She then hands me one spoon for two orders of soup! SMDH. I said can I please have two spoons for two orders of soup. She hands me another one with a whole attitude. I dont care how good the soup is. I wont be spending another dime in a place that cant even provide basic decent customer service.
