The young lady Tiffany’s needs do be held accountable she is very rude with a smart mouth she could have politely told me that she has to hold the scanner for me to scan my code then she tells me now u scan it I had to check her about the way she even speaks to someone then she goes back n forth arguing with me just to Be apologizing you already tried to justify your actions don’t ever go back n forth especially with a customer just apologize if she was working for me I would Fire her immediately people with attitude problems shouldn’t be working customer service

Louis and Kash at the Georgetown Pressed are the very best! My wife and I have been going to Pressed for years and only recently started going to this location. Louis has made sure every single time we go that we're cared for and that keeps us coming back time and time again. The soft serve is delicious—it's the best place in Georgetown for a cold treat during the hot summer months. We can't wait to go back soon.

I am a long time customer of pressed and love their freezes and juices. This review is not about the food, but the Georgetown location itself. First, the store needs to be staffed better, especially on weekends. There have been multiple times I have gone and the store has been closed due to a staff break. One time, the ice cream machine was broken but the staff member couldn’t fix it because there was no one else working to cover. There is often a long wait because there is only one staff member working the front. The staff have always been kind, this is purely a management issue. Second, there are high top tables inside the store but no chairs. I recommend adding chairs inside so that people can sit and enjoy their purchases, as well as some extra seating outside. Aside from the lack of seating, the store is nice and clean. The freezes are always delicious (when I’m able to get one). If the changes mentioned were made it would be a 5 star experience.
