I bought a 5 days cleanse and I really liked the juice for the first two days. I do this every few months to help with some Gi issues. Usually the bottles have around a month before the expiration. I didn’t check this time but the almond milk drinks were sour on day 3, it was still about 4 days within the expiration this time (8 days on the bottle from day of purchase) so I didn’t think much about it. Ended up getting pretty sick. This was my only bad experience so I threw away the last 3 days and decided on buying another 3 days cleanse from the mosaic location and the expiration is a month. I really like this place, and it saves a lot of time from juicing myself, but definitely check expiration dates as it’s super inconsistent between orders.

I am deeply disappointed by the level of unprofessionalism I experienced at the Pressed Juicery in Georgetown. I arrived at approximately 12:56 PM on a Saturday afternoon, during peak hours, to find a handwritten sign taped to the door stating “15 minutes.” Understanding that short delays can happen, I waited patiently along with several other customers who had also formed a line outside.
After well over 15 minutes had passed, I politely asked the employee inside for an update on how much longer the wait would be. Instead of responding, she ripped the sign off the door and slammed the door in our faces. The entire group outside was taken aback by how unnecessarily hostile and disrespectful her reaction was.
When she noticed that I had begun recording the interaction, she came back out to try and justify her actions but by that point it was far too late. Her initial behavior was unacceptable for any customer-facing employee, let alone one representing a reputable brand like Pressed Juicery.
This was a completely unprovoked, unprofessional, and discourteous encounter that reflects extremely poorly on this location’s management and training. No customer should ever be treated this way simply for asking a question.
I will never return to this location, and I strongly urge Pressed Juicery corporate to review the conduct of the employee working at the Georgetown D.C. store on this date. Situations like this not only damage customer trust but also undermine the company’s reputation.

Great juice, refreshing treat for a walk around Georgetown
Gezel has amazing hospitality. This is our second time coming back and because my daughter wanted to come back and I remembered her hospitality. It was the same energy as the first time and that is what I look forward to when entering into an establishment.

Pressed Juicery had the best açaí bowl I have ever tried! Although it was a bit expensive, I loved the combination of the açaí and the granola. I would definitely getting your açaí bowl with almond butter. It was a very satisfying experience seeing the açaí come out of an ice cream dispenser. The workers were very friendly. I would recommend getting this açaí bowl if you are in town!

This was my first time at pressed. I tried the dairy free yogurt with bee pollen, strawberries, and mangoes. I liked the variety of the menu and would come again. Customer service was nice. The inside is small so you can only place your order and leave. There is no outside seating either.

The young lady Tiffany’s needs do be held accountable she is very rude with a smart mouth she could have politely told me that she has to hold the scanner for me to scan my code then she tells me now u scan it I had to check her about the way she even speaks to someone then she goes back n forth arguing with me just to
Be apologizing you already tried to justify your actions don’t ever go back n forth especially with a customer just apologize if she was working for me I would
Fire her immediately people with attitude problems shouldn’t be working customer service
The shake was horrendous—terrific service though
Louis and Kash at the Georgetown Pressed are the very best! My wife and I have been going to Pressed for years and only recently started going to this location. Louis has made sure every single time we go that we're cared for and that keeps us coming back time and time again. The soft serve is delicious—it's the best place in Georgetown for a cold treat during the hot summer months. We can't wait to go back soon.
