Today was my 1st time ordering from pressed. I am excited about jumpstarting my health and wellness journey and opted to start with detoxing and a juice fast. I ordered 7 bundles and 3 individual juices today for a total of 45 juices. Unfortunately my order was missing 1 of the individual Citrus 4 juices, which now messes up my 6 juices per day schedule. This hiccup in my order is now making me reconsider using pressed to purchase my weekly juices for the next 60 days. I hope they can rectify this issue as I looking forward to a healthy lifestyle change and wanted to find a good company to source my juices.

Chocolate soft serve is worth a try. Love this as a healthier option for grown-ups and kids. The açai is not traditional, I am Brazilian and can tell you with certainty. It taste OK, but it’s more of a açai flavored soft serve not a pure açai. The gut friendly refresher was good, although pretty dang expensive.

This is the BEST acai bowl place (or rather, the best chain). I hope they'll have more locations around DC soon, because this is my favorite place to go. I realize some people love granola, but I don't: it's sooo much added sugar. Pressed has a bunch of acai bowls with or without granola, and they taste absolutely amazing. Their acai protein bowl is my favorite thing. It tastes amazing and makes me feel good, which is a great indicator because my body tends to be super sensitive to various chemicals and fake ingredients, and I don't get any of that here. It all tastes like natural, quality ingredients. The portions are quite big for the price, also, so while it certainly isn't cheap, I can't say it's overpriced like some other chains. And the P Street location has a wonderful, friendly associate who works very fast and makes great acai bowls!
I’ve given this place multiple chances, but they consistently fail to read or follow the instructions in my online orders. No matter how clearly I write the notes or how simple the request is, it always gets ignored—and my order ends up wrong every single time.
It’s frustrating because following basic instructions shouldn’t be that hard, especially when it’s part of the job. It makes me seriously question the level of attention to detail and overall competency here. If you’re ordering online and have any specific needs or modifications, just know there’s a high chance they won’t be honored.
Disappointing, especially since I kept hoping they’d improve. They haven’t.

I was having such a rough day and wanted an acai bowl. I went to another shop nearby and felt overwhelmed. When I walked into Pressed, Jeanelle was so kind to me. Immediately, I knew that I was going to order. It was my first time getting the acai bowl from here (but not my first time coming here). I got the superfood acai bowl. It was made with Love. I am so grateful for this Pressed location. It is always a joy and the employees are amazing.
