Not sure what’s up with this location. They haven’t had fully working fridge for you to grab cold drinks, instead there’s an apology letter for the last few months. Then they lost A/C for a few weeks which was finally fixed. Happy the crew can now work without being in more heat than a DC summer. Now they don’t have food available when they open in the morning. Is this location even remotely supposed to be open?

Not only was I able to learn and grow in a professional setting, but I also had the opportunity to witness firsthand the dedication and passion that goes into every aspect of the restaurant and outstanding customer service.I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pret. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere that made me feel right at home.The food and drink was absolutely delicious - fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality freshly ingredients. I especially enjoyed the variety of options available, from sandwiches and salads to hearty soups and tasty pastries. Everything was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. I visited 2 locations 18th & I / 17th & K.The service was also top-notch. The staff was attentive, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was enjoyable. I truly appreciated their kindness and efficiency. Thank you Anwar, Ilca and previous managers/ staff members My time working at Pret was invaluable and has left me with lasting memories. I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of such a wonderful TEAM and I will always look back on my time there fondly.

My experience at Pret is always phenomenal. The ladies there - cayla, lisa, yesenia, and Martha - all bring positivity and light to every morning! They run a textbook show on how to treat people and I couldn’t recommend this Pret more simply due to the management. Thank you!!!

The first thing you see when you exit the 18th Street Farragut West Metro. Very clean, friendly service, and a nice place to enjoy a hot chocolate or cup of coffee before heading out into the cold.
