The service and the whole upkeep of this location has gone down hill over the last year or so. It has been pretty sad to see. It used to be great and employees used to look happy, now it just feels like they are inconvenienced by customers and the food/drinks quality is suffering due to this.
sandwiches are made fresh daily everything taste delicious! I originally visited one of these when I was in London and became hooked! Their coffee is fresh and they also serve soups. It’s a great place to stop by for lunch! Everything is made ready to go so no waiting in line for your lunch you just pick out what you want and check out very convenient.you must try the pesto mozzarella baguette sandwich!
Pret used to be such a great place. Now, prices are sky high and quality is down. I'm not exactly sure how to explain the change in the pastries but all I can think of is they've gotten slightly "sadder" (not cooked well, old looking). The coffee was also slightly sour tasting (probably the coffee but I also had them add a little half-half to it)
