The place was not super crowded and there were still options available to take out. The atmosphere was not overwhelming and there were only a few people dining in. There were so many options left for sandwiches and different prices so it took me a long time to decide. So much food looked good. The cashier was quick and efficient in putting the food in a bag.

Customer service: Ignorant, complacent, and cold-hearted.Question: Would you require customers to facilitate a purchase before allowing the patrons to use the lavatory? I asked where the bathrooms were located, but I was denied the right to use the bathroom before making my purchase.I can not recommend this location.

Thank you for excellent customer service! Every morning when we came in there was Tia with her bright,warm smile greeting us! This made our day. The coffee is very good, the place is clean. Breakfast rolls and the fritatta is very tasty & fresh. Tia always served our food on a little silver tray which was a nice experience. We will be back. Thank you Tia. I appreciate your service!

This location is terrible and riddled with discrimination and poor service. The woman I presume to be the manager, with curly hair that she wears in a low ponytail, is one of the nastiest people I've ever encountered. She offers no greeting in the morning. Often makes mistakes on capturing orders and yet acts like it's the customer's fault. I've never seen her smile - she acts like she doesn't want to be there and treats customers poorly. I won't be going back!

Had the worst customer service experience in years here this past Wednesday, glad the manager intervened, but they lost my business forever. I only came here for the convenience anyway. I will just give my money to my local coffee joint, it is much cheaper and the staff is way more friendlier

The friendliest staff ever! Will swing by on occasion for a coffee or to grab lunch quickly when I’m in a rush and it never disappoints. Recently popped in for a coffee and received a cappuccino on the house. It made my day (week really)! Thank you and kudos to the barista, the cappuccino was superb!
