$15 for a dry, bland, empty sandwich on low quality bread in a package is a joke. The quality of the chicken bacon sandwich is what you'd expect from a gas station or vending machine in an airport. I also ordered ahead and it wasn’t ready, the cashier then had to walk to the fridge by the door and hand it to me.

Wow, incredibly kind and unexpectedly accommodating staff. Wanted to make a surprise for a person who was inside the store and they went above and beyond - definitely would recommend and will keep coming back! Thank you!

My favorite morning & midday coffee intake place! Also lunch occasionally. Good products and prices, but service is excellent! They have been ALL my friends after those months. Highly recommended.

Please teach your staff not only how to make sandwiches but also how to understand what professionalism looks like. I was told my order would be ready in 5–6 minutes – at a place that supposedly specializes in fresh, ready-to-go sandwiches – yet I waited 13 minutes. When I asked about it, the response I got was: “If you want, you can just leave the order, another driver will pick it up.”
They weren’t even embarrassed to say it. I drove here for 5 km, waited inside for 13 minutes, wasted a total of 20 minutes of my time, and gained absolutely nothing. Meanwhile, the employee happily collected their hourly wage without issue. I already wasn’t planning to return, but now I never will.
If you don’t want to wait 45 minutes for a sandwich from a place whose sole business is selling ready-made sandwiches, do yourself a favor and don’t go either.

RUDE Ethiopian lady! Went in & asked if I could use the restroom before I purchased something & she screamed with an attitude “ARE YOU NOT GOING TO GREET ME… YOU HAVE TO PURCHASE SOMETHING FIRST” sometimes you just have a busy morning & want to be in and out. Never going back
Probably one of the most unfriendly one out of all Prets in DC. Baristas are not accommodating at all, no greeting, no thank you. Quite rude to be honest.

I love Pret A Manger and especially their Chicken parm hot wrap. Every time I order through the app ahead - it’s not available. My order is not prepared and it seems like they didn’t even know about my order. It happened to me already three times. Disappointing. Why they wouldn’t just remove it from the app if it’s not available.

Got some croissants here and was charged twice the advertised price that they had plastered everywhere outside and inside the store. Tasted bad too. I won't be back here.
