Wonderful healthy food and extremely nice and friendly employees!!! I had the chicken salad with avocado. So fresh and delicious. The people working today are Lisa and Yaye and Ibou. They are great assets to your company. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

Hardly any vegan options :( all vegetarian options have eggs in them so also pretty restrictive.

Food was good, also ordered a croissant and was asked if I wanted a bag. Said yes, was given bag with my order…or so I thought.
Opened bag on the train and no croissant. Poor attention to detail. I’d like a refund for the croissant they charged me for and never provided. Disappointing.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to the staff and security guard for their kindness and understanding during a challenging time. My phone and laptop were out of service, and I had no immediate way to pay for items. Despite the situation, they showed exceptional compassion by allowing me to stay and use the outlet plug, understanding my circumstances. I know this isn’t standard procedure, but their willingness to make an exception in my case was deeply appreciated. Thank you for your support.

Some of the staff seemed new, but very friendly. My order was wrong, but it turned out pretty good. Excellent coffee quality, with a very smooth taste. The store was very clean and the display cases were perfect. The presentation made me want to buy everything!

Pret A Manger have always been my favorite locations to eat yummy healthy meals (since I first tried them in London a couple of years ago) and this location in Union Station does not disappoint!

Had a lovely caramel cappuccino here while waiting for my train. Seemed a little pricey, but was a very nice place to hang out for a bit. Don’t know how their food is, but I would definitely recommend for coffee!

Although I find most branches of Pret to be mediocre, it is a godsend to find a Pret in a train terminal, where it is otherwise hard to find a healthy, quick, good-valued vegan meal. They were out of their vegan sandwiches when I visited today (except for their falafel wrap, which I am not fond of) but they had enough vegan items to grab for a quick bite before I went on the train.
If you keep paying a security person to watch movies all day...you are guaranteeing less profit....
I had stopped in at 7:59 am on 2/21/2024 to get sandwiches for a train trip. I saw on all the packages that with a Pret Club membership, you save 20% off full price. I thought this was a great deal. Love the food at Pret, though it turned out to not be a deal. Before buying my sandwiches, I enrolled in the Pret Club, made my purchase, showed the QR code for the discount, paid $39.50. I realized I didn’t get my receipt, went back, was told I had to ask for it. LAZY answer by Pret employee. Got the receipt, went back to my table and looked for the discount, and there was none. I went back again and asked why there was not discount. The employee said looking at my receipt that you have to front load $40/monthly to get the discount. Honestly I was angry as I wouldn’t have bought from here for the trip. FALSE ADVERTISING. As I was back at my table putting the sandwiches away, a 250 lbs Pret security person comes up to me asking questions. He was actually intrusive and I cut him off as he was crossing a formal line of how to interact with customers. The guard then started to question my traveling companion and I cut the guard off again as he had no business interacting with them as they didn’t make the purchase. The guard then started to infur he didn’t mean we were gay, and I this point it makes no difference what a customer is. I said to the guard we were leaving and regret having made the purchases at Pret. I send a message to Pret and Pret isn’t concerned about lying to customers when they show a lower price without fully disclosing how to get it. It was more concerned by the fact that their guard was interacting with us in a terrible manner. Look at Pret’s prices and a sandwich isn’t worth $11.00/US. Pret has lost a customer for life. I used to eat at all their locations globally. Great food, but false advertising and higher prices isn’t how they woo customers. Good bye you overpriced French wannabe place!

These folks are on the ball. They move people through the coffee line with a friendly smile They kept up with spills and crumbs, restocking when needed. 6 people were behind the counter and everyone knew their job. Great teamwork. Thanks!!

Good coffee shop in Union station. I usually just get pastries so I can't speak to their espresso drink quality. I have had there hot chocolate and that hot chocolate is lackluster. Steamed milk and a whisper of chocolate. Definitely disappointing.

Too often they’re out of ingredients to make their regular salads. Definitely don’t buy into their membership as you may not have anything to eat if you have food allergies.
