I was about to get scammed with the price :) It was only 4$ but it’s not about the money but about the underlying values and safety that I’m concerned about. I took a dragon fruit for 6.5$ and a water bottle for 3.5$ and when I went to the checkout it appeared to be 15$ and I asked her if that’s right she mumbled something about the size of water and adjusted it to 11$ :)!!! Like what if I never asked? Please fix this problem because I’m not sure if I want to get my breakfast from there anymore.

I am a freuquent customer. I like the staff's attention. It's their hard work every day, l value them very much. Unfortunately, the restaurant doesn't have air conditioning . The staff Is affected every day . It's importante to take care of them; they aré the foundation of the business. I appreciate the staff

I love that you can get a discount for bringing your own bottle or mug, definitely going to start doing this! Funny every review is about the healthy options, I figured I'd stand out! They have the best baked goods! 🫣 🤤 Lolol my faves are the chocolate chip cookie and the chocolate croissant! So perfectly soft baked! They aren't exactly cheap but I imagine neither is Union Station rent.. 😩 A sip of coffee and a bite of cookie is like being kissed by God Himself! I'm going to have to start visiting union just for Pret! 💯 🎯 🥇 🏆
Quality is good, prices are high, unfortunately they seem to have gotten rid of the beloved rainbow veggie sandwich this year. There are some other places at the station with more veggie/healthy options.

Wonderful healthy food and extremely nice and friendly employees!!! I had the chicken salad with avocado. So fresh and delicious. The people working today are Lisa and Yaye and Ibou. They are great assets to your company. Thank you for a fantastic experience.
