Coming from UK, was pleasantly surprised and happy to see a Pret here. The coffee was great just like back home.

A great lunch spot. Self serve, except for their custom baked goods. Sandwiches and soups are wonderful.

Right next to my office so I visit almost every time I am in. The staff is exceptional, always super friendly. Good people, super fast service. Love them! I choose pret because they have organic coffee and grass fed milk.

Dietary restrictions: They always have gluten free options, which I appreciate!

Woman at the counter was extremely rude. Treated me as if I was an inconvenience to her, started tutting and getting angry when I couldn't understand her (Because I'm British). For a Pret a Manger, a company that prides itself on customer service this is pretty poor. If you don't want to serve customers, go a find another job! The restroom requires as a code from your receipt but they don't give you a receipt?

The most ludicrously overpriced place ever - $90 for two salads, to small bread rolls and two bottles of water. Wow.

And when I went back to the counter the server was missing... found him in the store room on the floor playing with his phone.

Avoid.

The food & atmosphere is good but it's the service that makes this place great. My family and I visited the African American History Museum & we stopped by this coffee shop. The shop which is about 7 walking minutes from the Museum but our experience here jump-started the day.

The espresso machine is what you would get with a koureg. Had to ask for cup of water 5 times before it clicked with the server. Not worth the more expensive

Leaving a review for Ervin -- hopefully I spelled it right. He's always kind and helpful and funny. Hope management sees this.

The vegan bistro box is all I need for protein and greens. Tofu, avocado, delicious dressing, kale and or spinach, pumpkin seeds, beet, squash.. so good! ?

Absolutely fabulous service by Maria. When I entered and said this was my first time she gave me a walk through the place, and was incredibly patient and helpful. 11/5 service. Coffee is good
