We waited an hour for the hookah…. It was almost closing time when they came and gave it. The bartender said we would get it for free for the wait. The excuse for a “manager” said we could come back the next day for free hookah and wouldn’t honor what the bartender said. Why would we come to the next day when you can’t even be professional today lol. Pitiful and clearly on a power trip . I’m sure it’ll be shut down sooner rather than later bc how they run it lol

Went to pure lounge to celebrate my brothers birthday… Purchased 2 tequila sunrises (12.00 each) And 3 shots of Jose Cuervo (14.53 each… which is a weird price for drinks but whatever… that was no biggie.. the issue came when the bartender gave us one amount from her mouth but added gratuity on my bill without letting me know! I am livid because she did nothing to deserve a 20% tip!
