We are from out of town. cannoli's were great. the Latte was good. my kids enjoyed their food as well. I recommend if you're looking for a cozy date or laid back time.
Marvellous Tea and Coffee. Amazing staff and overall atmosphere very welcoming and cosy.

Food is prepared elsewhere and reheated on site. Ordered a prosciutto panini which was soggy and tasted horrible, $15. Also ordered an iced chai, which was made hot. Watched the barista make a drink for a few minutes before she turned around and I asked her for a cup of ice since my $7 12 oz drink was supposed to be iced. She silently added two ice cubes to a cup, which immediately melted when the hot drink was added to it. Warm chai, with no spices. All in, I paid $25 (including the forced 15% tip) for a soggy sandwich and warm tea. Better quality can be found in an airport.

Don’t order the panini’s, they’re soggy overpriced slabs of bread with mediocre fillings. Chai latte tastes like just warm milk. You are compelled to order at a kiosk and tip a minimum of 15% for a service you have yet to receive, all while you are doing the labor of entering your order in.

Mediocre coffee shop. 15$ for a “panini” that was obviously just taken out the freezer and put in a toaster. Soggy inside rock hard outside. Also was basically a half sandwich, I’ll have to eat lunch again in an hour. Also was pretty cringe that they compel you to leave an enormous tip when you order at a kiosk and clean up your own dishes without interacting with any staff.

Double espresso shot was tiny, barely a single shot. I left a cake neatly wrapped up at the table, accidentally left it, and came back less than five minutes later to discover they threw away the food. No sorry, no offer to replace the food. They could’ve set it aside to see if someone returned for it. Really disappointing. I won’t return.

The staff is so rude that you feel like you made a mistake walking inside. Sorry I tried to buy coffee from you at noon on the weekend. If you hate your job so much there are other stores that will maybe hire you.

Went for breakfast. Very bland, simple, already prepared food. Nothing seems fresh. Coffee is okay and probably the most acceptable coffee in the area. The servers don't take the order, you gotta do it for yourself... And pay tip (which I don't mind, but I'm doing it myself).
Atmosphere is acceptable but that's all. Won't be back as I don't live here. So Good luck with the business tho!

Food was ok but definitely not as advertised. The cornetto with ham and cheese was very small but priced high for what you get. The menu didn't say the yoghurt with fruit was vanilla flavoured, so it was not a nice surprise. Coffee was ok. The front counter was a nice but sitting area didn't have any nice atmosphere. You eat quickly and go. Service was ok although slow - the coffee and cornetto came out normally but I waited for the yoghurt for 15 minutes. Mind you that it was a yoghurt in a pre-prepared cup, so don't know what took all the time.

The music is really loud and annoying. I wanted a quiet place to eat my breakfast at, but I got a noisy club instead.

High expectations were crushed. Gourmet European prices for pre-made bland food and ok coffee. The place looks so inviting and spacious. But then the kiosks and food case with 7-11 like displayed pre-made food. Had the breakfast bagel sandwich. It was bland, reheated and not very impressive once it sat a bit and I had a hard time biting into it. The bagel become hard after being reheated. The provolone was tasteless. The coffee was fine. On par with Starbucks. I am finding that in DC these establishments get away with very overpriced average offerings banking on tourists and non-returning customers. Disappointed.

We stopped by here before heading out to sight see. Coffee was tasty! Breakfast sandwich was nice and crispy. Staff was friendly and walked us through using their tablet ordering process.

Extremely slow service despite being virtually empty. Offhand attitude of staff.
In the end the coffee was not very good.
Do not recommend!!!!
