Purple Patch recently catered my father's celebration of life ceremony after his funeral at Arlington National Cemetery.  The venue was within a few miles of the ANC, and being Sept 11, the funeral and honors ran long.  Even with this, they helped open and set up the food, with everything ready as soon as the attendees started to arrive. I had the Laing with tofu - it has a deep hearty flavor, creamy spinach-like fullness, mildly sweet, and well balanced. Some jalapeño on the top keeps the dish exciting. Highly recommend!
