Went for lunch and sat on a couch and armchairs and basically ate on a coffee table, not a typical table, but loved it none the less. For lunch it is a bit of interesting, but as it's really a bar it makes perfect sense. Went as a family and the food was fantastic and the service was amazing and so accommodating to kids (no kids after a certain hour fyi).
Several hours before our visit, I told the restaurant about a dietary restriction with the hope it could make some accommodation, even if it merely duplicated some items rather than providing ones I specified we could not eat. The High Tea menu is not published, so I did not even know if the restriction would be relevant. Instead, I received a call telling me they would refuse to make any accommodation absent 24 hours notice — which is not mentioned anywhere in the reservation...
