Have to update my prior 5 star review to 1 star to advise people to AVOID!! DO NOT RISK PLACING AN ONLINE ORDER HERE! Yesterday I placed a delivery order directly through their website. After the food arrived I noticed they messed up half my order. I understand that mistakes can happen, so I immediately called them to inform them that one of the two items I had ordered and paid for was completely incorrect. The person I spoke with (not sure if he is the owner or manager) apologized and told me that he would call me back this morning to confirm a refund for the incorrect item I paid for. I never received a call, nor have I received a refund, so I followed up earlier this afternoon with a phone call. No response. I just tried again and the call went direct to voicemail. There are so many options in DC, so I simply cannot advise anyone to spend $ to support a business that cares so little about their customers and who will mess up an order and keep your money.

I ordered and never received my food . They didn’t even provide a refund or some sort of service. Service is absolutely poor if you’ve ran out of specific items why even allow anyone to order it.my order was placed at 2:15 am it’s 3:30 am no response.

Had a delivery from this restaurant to our hotel. It was delicious, and delivered hot and quickly. We had a minced steak sandwich, and a vegetarian steak sandwich, with fries and onion rings. It was divine. Couldn't fault it.

This place is a joke they were running a buy one get free on there sandwiches and they split the meat from one into a second sub roll lol if times are that hard , close up shop.

I’ve ordered steak sandwich combo two times, one time it was really good the other was bit salty also i ordered 7 $ chocolate cake and its a mise size appetite

Steak sandwich is bomb ? seasoned well (I added hot peppers). The fries could've been cooked longer tho. You should offer fries with your steak and nacho cheese ?

Steak sandwich had a 1/4 inch bone in it. The serving sizes of the $5 salad, $7 fries and $7 cake were paltry. Just a full out awful first time experience with Queens Steak n Take.
