Not a good experience repeatedly. They cancel scheduled orders, ask you to reorder promise a gift and you reorder reluctantly for them to not give the gift for inconvenience. Person who called and asked me to order will not answer phone after purchase texts and stated the customer shouldn't be upset. Subway is closer and consistent.

Have to update my prior 5 star review to 1 star to advise people to AVOID!! DO NOT RISK PLACING AN ONLINE ORDER HERE! Yesterday I placed a delivery order directly through their website. After the food arrived I noticed they messed up half my order. I understand that mistakes can happen, so I immediately called them to inform them that one of the two items I had ordered and paid for was completely incorrect. The person I spoke with (not sure if he is the owner or manager) apologized and told me that he would call me back this morning to confirm a refund for the incorrect item I paid for. I never received a call, nor have I received a refund, so I followed up earlier this afternoon with a phone call. No response. I just tried again and the call went direct to voicemail. There are so many options in DC, so I simply cannot advise anyone to spend $ to support a business that cares so little about their customers and who will mess up an order and keep your money.

I ordered and never received my food . They didn’t even provide a refund or some sort of service. Service is absolutely poor if you’ve ran out of specific items why even allow anyone to order it.my order was placed at 2:15 am it’s 3:30 am no response.

Had a delivery from this restaurant to our hotel. It was delicious, and delivered hot and quickly. We had a minced steak sandwich, and a vegetarian steak sandwich, with fries and onion rings. It was divine. Couldn't fault it.

This place is a joke they were running a buy one get free on there sandwiches and they split the meat from one into a second sub roll lol if times are that hard , close up shop.
Discovered this halal gem on Uber Eats. Amazing steak sandwich! I'm upset with Uber Eats algorithm for not recommending this place earlier. I will be ordering again.
