Quill at The Jefferson Reviews
If you’re in DC, Quill cocktail bar is the place to go. Its dim lit atmosphere and ambience provides such an intimate setting whether for friends and family or for business. You have your choice of sitting indoors or outside on their raised patio. Oh, and the service here is phenomenal! When you first sit, they bring you mixed nuts and olives and introduce themselves. Beautiful atmosphere. We will definitely be back.

Quill at The Jefferson is a fantastic restaurant with an excellent drink and food/appetizer selection, and extremely professional service. The servers, like Andrew, are knowledgeable, attentive, and contribute to a memorable dining experience. The cocktail menu is creative, featuring seasonal options that are highly recommended. The atmosphere is lovely and perfect for drinks with coworkers, friends, or loved ones, creating a great setting to enjoy the experience. The drinks are fantastic and taste delicious, with some guests enjoying special cocktails like the Quillivardier and seasonal drinks. Appetizers such as Arancini balls and tuna tartare are also highly praised for being exceptional. The restaurant offers free snacks with drinks, adding to the welcoming vibe. While the service is generally excellent, some felt it could be a bit overbearing at times. The atmosphere is nice and historical, though a TV behind the bar can sometimes give it a less intimate, sports bar feel. Despite this minor issue, the restaurant is highly recommended and remains a great spot to wait for dinner reservations or enjoy a wonderful night out.
