Quill at The Jefferson is a fantastic restaurant with an excellent drink and food/appetizer selection, and extremely professional service. The servers, like Andrew, are knowledgeable, attentive, and contribute to a memorable dining experience. The cocktail menu is creative, and the atmosphere is nice and historical. However, service can be a bit overbearing at times. Despite this, the restaurant is highly recommended, with free snacks provided with drinks and a great spot to wait for dinner reservations.
