The food and pricing isn't the best. The mimosa at $19, is $5 less than the crab cake. The portions are also not great. However, the service is impeccable and the atmosphere is great. Very beautiful restaurant.
Had a wonderful experience at Quill inside the Jefferson during our holiday visit to DC. The seasonal cocktails were fantastic, and the bartender was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and great with recommendations. Even though we weren’t staying at the hotel, the staff made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to be helpful. The quail at the Jefferson Hotel is the bar and a grade one at that the cocktails are nice. The food is great. Enjoyed the artichoke salad and the pasta that was not bad, a Bolognese - the piece de la resistance was definitely the crème brûlée with a fantastic presentation - pretty good service overall and great ambience with a live pianist, a little Friday evening perk there - very well recommended, i like that bar
