Raja Ji had a terrible experience. The food was of poor quality and had an unappetizing presentation. It lacked flavor and appeared to be old. I strongly advise against visiting this place. If you want to savor authentic Indian cuisine, seek out a different establishment.

We were visiting from Canada, got an Uber delivery.
Won't be ordering ever again.
The rotis were hard as rock and dark brown. Never in my life I got dark brown rotis before.
Lacha parathas were missing from the order
Food was ridiculously spicy even for mild.

Our favorite Indian restaurant in the Washington DC metropolitan area. We have been going there for over ten years. I met some old friends on a cold, blustery night. The service was spectacular: helpful, friendly and welcoming. The crisp white tablecloths made us feel special. The food was great: best samosas I have had in a long time: light, fluffy and flavorful. We had panak paneer, chicken masala, and baingan bharta. All tasted different, flavorful, and carefully prepared. We are coming back soon!

What a fantastic place. The samosas are the best I’ve ever had. Chicken curry , palak paneer and barghan barta all superb. And what gracious service!

Very good food for very reasonable prices! Great flavors to the food (especially loved the kaali makhani daal) and the service was wonderful - everybody was so friendly and attentive to us (making sure our water was always filled, etc). Portion sizes are great (especially for the price) and food tasted very fresh. Definitely will be back!

This is a great walk-in spot with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The service and speed were excellent. Manager was so kind and helpful when helping us decide what to order. The food and flavor speak for themselves - delicious!!! Even my picky 7 y/o was complimentary. Just up the street from the zoo and the metro makes it extra convenient too. A solid choice.

Rajaji Curry House always serves the best food and are the sweetest people! I’m there fairly often and they treat me so well. They gave me a free mango lassi and a dessert with my food most recently. I got the paneer makhani and kadhai jhinga and both were 10/10.
