Good concept. Fast, affordable Indian food with plenty of options. I thought it tasted good but my one complaint is the tikka chicken was small, dried out chunks.

Indian food has never let me down. I visit this location this evening, the parking was terrible due to a baseball game (which i was unaware of). The Tikkia Marsala chicken was amazing. It was a cute little restaurant in the heart of navy yard. The service was subpar seeing as though they were changing out their chairs.

Unique concept of Indian food combined with Mexican bowl theme. Taste was awesome, portion was enough to feed one person easily. Ambience was also refreshing.

Always enjoy the food at rasa. I came by around 8 pm to pickup some dinner. I thought about ordering ahead of time on the app (and in retrospect, I really wish I had), but I figured they wouldn't be too busy on a Tuesday so I just took a chance. I ordered the new Tandoori Paneer Bowl (tandoori paneer | tomato garlic sauce | lemon turmeric rice | sautéed spinach | cucumber cubes | cilantro | tamarind ginger | mint cilantro | chickpea noodles). I also got a side order of garlic naan. They were out of the tomato garlic sauce so they asked if I wanted an alternate sauce or if I would wait a few minutes for the tomato sauce and I opted to wait for the sauce. The staff member told me to have a seat and he'd bring my food out to me. About 5 minutes later he brought me my bag of food and I hopped on the metro and headed across town to head home to dig in. When I got home I realized the naan wasn't in the bag which was a huge bummer. Definitely my fault for not checking before I left, but also the restaurant was mostly empty while I was there and it felt like a basic thing to forget. I called to ask if they could refund me the cost of the naan and they seemed confused and after having me on hold for about 5-10 minutes they said they had processed the refund but I just checked my CC and they never actually did so that was a bummer! Definitely double check your back before you leave

The food was okay. A lot of sauce and not as many vegetables as I would've wanted. The restaurant was not too busy and very nice.

Great food. The atmosphere could be spruced up some but the service is good. Servers are always eagerly awaiting to help you when you come in.

RASA is very similar to CAVA, except that RASA is more Indian than Mediterranean. The selection is large and has lots of dairy-free, vegetarian, and vegans options. The prices are about $12-15 per person, similar to CAVA and Chipotle in DC.The woman running the line today showed excellent service and was courteous enough to offer suggestions and allow me to try different items, given my first visit. I highly recommend eating at this location. The decorum aesthetic is pleasurable too.Be warned. The spiciness of certain dishes definitely fit Indian levels of spiciness.

Great fast casual place. Overall, the food is very good. I built my own bowl with greens, super grains, spicy chicken, and tandoori paneer, plus a bunch of toppings I don't recall. Delicious taste but the texture of the super grains was off...they were very crunchy like they had not been fully cooked. It's possible that was on purpose, but it wasn't my cup of tea.The cocktails were pretty tasty and whether you will like them depends on how sweet your taste trends. Loved the cardamom in the mint julep but my husband and I both prefer ours less sweet. The Masala G and T was refreshing and the slight savory touch from the masala spice added some interest.I also tried the unsweetened spiced tea (recommended) and a few of the other non-alcoholic drinks. They were a bit too sweet for me but would be good blended with the unsweetened tea). The chai cookies are tasty; next time I'll bring them home, warm them up, and eat them with tea.Service was quick and friendly. The space is lively and colorful. It can be a bit hard to hear if it's busy because of the high ceilings and reflective surfaces, but that's not a big deal, especially if you're only popping in briefly to eat.Dietary restrictions: Risk of cross-contamination is possible, but if you are not super sensitive, you should be ok.Kid-friendliness: We saw several families eating there. If the kids are a bit more adventurous, it won't be a problem.Wheelchair accessibility: It's street level with no stairs and the door width should accommodate walkers and wheelchairs.

There's like 5 chipotle like bowl/wrap places in a 2 block area. Each has a slightly different ethnic take. This one is Indian. Nice artwork and interior space. Pretty yummy food. Nice slight change from typical bowl places with healthy lunch options.

Quick. Easy. Delicious. Ran in twice while on a work trip. The big blue door at the entrance was so cool. Laid back vibe, good Indian food. Great price. Can't wait to go back to DC and grab RASA again. The Tikka bowl is

I would leave a negative star review if I could- this place is a scam - do not go there! We ordered a drink that was not available and the person placing the order did not tell us it’s not in stock. We paid and then they told us they don’t have in stock. Upon asking for a refund, the cashier didn’t know how to issue a refund and ended up saying she did- our credit card didn’t show the refund issued. The staff is clueless! Don’t go here! There are plenty of other nicer restaurants in DC
