The relief of friendly conversation at a bar with a great culture was immediate and reliable starting to frequent the Raven. I am grateful for the good service and historical authenticity of the iconic hang out.
One of my favorite bars in DC. It’s the definition of a dive bar. They only take cash but there’s an ATM. Always have a great time sitting at the booths and drinking a vodka soda while yapping.

The beer list was fairly priced, I only got one beer and paid like 4 dollars. They are cash only, but they have a ATM inside for your convenience. The guy behind the bar was friendly and helpful as well.
