I typically get the same 2-3 items which are the smoothie bowls or a smoothie. I’m never disappointed with the bowls (except for today) & smoothies. The customer service is typically good except for this one woman with short black & blue hair. Her customer service is always horrible!! I understand having a bad day or two but she is consistently unpleasant.

Smoothie was $8 not including tax, extremely sweet, and became room temperature immediately. We'll be giving it a pass next time!

Waste of money. My smoothie and salad lacked flavor and was just nasty. Threw most of it out. They only had one worker on duty, but she was nice. I would never go back.

I’ve been here several times and everything (including todays toast and green smoothie) have been delicious! My only wish is that they would be more staffed in the mornings to accommodate order ahead/DoorDash.

Wonderful customer service from Jose and Karin, the food was very flavorful and it looked amazing. I love the atmosphere here as well.

Vegetarian options: Plenty of different options so anyone can enjoy food here.

Kid-friendliness: The food is very nourishing, perfect for kids.

This needs to be said immediately to the owner. I've been here 3x. Same person at the register. You are bleeding money and losses. So many people come up, start lining up & when there's no one upfront to take their order, they leave the line & get the vegan arepa next door or the vegan items at Falafel. They literally want to give you money, support your cause, keep you in business, but leaving the front unmanned so long, with empty fridges just isn't working to your full capacity. Now, perhaps you don't care about bleeding money & are happy with how things are going. But this time as I wait for my food, I waited 10 minutes to order with not 1 person in line and watched at least 5 people come in line & leave. The last time I watched similar. The guy behind the counter with his "ring the bell note" & headphones in talking on his ear bud phone is either not emotionally invested in your business or needs to be reminded to not be so unengaging with customers while on the clock. I get it I'd hate to be in customer facing jobs too, but he's the face of your place. The drinks & food are great, but the vibe makes me and obviously others who leave the line feel as though their business isn't desired. Is he cordial, yes. Does he need to be reprimanded, no. Maybe incentivize him for getting a rev share off increase sales fr the average daily. Thanks for your time.

Ordered the deluxe avo toast and the choc-nut power balls. The avo toast tasted good but wasn't really presented well and very messy, in my opinion. I know it's avocado toast and avocado toast is messy, but I've certainly seen better presented avocado toast. The power balls just did not taste good, in my opinion and I couldn't even eat them all.
