We have been to Red hen many times and it does not disappoint. Hard to get reservation, book a week in advance. They do take walk-ins though. The food is superb and the deserts are divine. We ordered bread as one of our starters and that was just ok, rest everything was 5 star.
Get the Rigatoni. Chicken Liver Foie Gras Mousse. Broccolini. Baby Gem Salad. Skip the Ricotta Toast — everyone gets it, sure. But you’re not basic, you’re not everyone. The Foie Gras Mousse on Grilled Bread with Blueberry Conserva is far superior and more unique & takes up the same amount of precious stomach real estate. Trust me, you won’t regret it.
