Awful Pizza.
Not rating anything else because I came here for the pizza and it was a tremendous letdown. Pizza came to the table and was cold (sauce was cold, cheese wasn’t melted) when we sent it back the pizza was probably heated quickly because the dough was still raw and the vegetables were not even close to cooked. Tried to send the pizza back a second time and was told “all pizzas come this way”. I find that hard to believe. If you’re interested in Detroit style pizza, this is not the place.

I had an amazing experience at Red Light Pizza, and I just have to give a huge shoutout to Tyler! He went above and beyond to make our visit special. The pizza was absolutely delicious, and the service was top-notch. It's rare to see such dedication and care in customer service, and Tyler truly made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommend both the food and the service! Also, friends and I ordered on election night and they were swarmed. Despite being so busy, Tyler called to check on us and also followed up with me after the order was delivered. What an incredible human!!!! So grateful for him and for having Red Light as a neighborhood spot!

Known for their amazing Detroit style pizza (stop by 5-7 M-Th for happy hour deals on Gordie Sticks and plain/pepperoni), but just as notable are their drinks (housemade ingedients and liquors) and sides (try their house made pickles...whoa). This is a must whether you are visiting or local!

The pizza is great but BEWARE OF THE TAKEOUT! They put these incredibly juicy pizzas on a simple sheet of foil in a cheap and leaky cardboard box. It looks fine only long enough for you to get out the door - after a minute the box is saturated with liquid and the brilliantly-designed grease bomb slowly explodes as you take it home, leaving a trail of destruction on your shoes, pants, shirtsleeves, car seat, carpet, etc. By the time I cleaned up the mess and opened the box I already hated the pizza, and didnt even want to look at it, much less eat it. Im sure Red light may save a few pennies at point of sale with this badly thought out/low-cost approach to the end-to-end customer experience, but in this case they pay dearly out the nose in customer lifetime value - just like how their $26 pizza cost me much more in the form of my ruined possessions. If you need pizza to go, be sure you can afford the true cost of Red Light - as for me I’m going to the shop down the street from now on.

Probably the best pizza of my life, fantastic! Had the “6 Mile” and it was really tasty and pretty fiery. I am absolutely fascinated by “spicy honey”! Absolutely recommended.

Had a great time at this spot. Originally went to Jane Jane which is also very nice, enjoyed the happy hour vibes and music, but ended up leaving there because they only have snacks and no real food. Then went here (Red Light) and the vibe was vibing, Tyler was such a vibe, his playlist was on point for my taste (90’s r&b, 20’s hip hop vibes)
His ability to multitask and take care of all of the customers and appropriately communicating was impressive to watch! He was great and the food and drinks were good!

Honestly, what a terrible service, the delivery of products here, the service is terrible, the staff that serves you doesn't even pay attention to you, they are the ones that should serve you first, tell you, look, when it will be ready, no, they don't pay attention to you, what they do is ignore you, when they finally serve you, they tell you, you have to wait 15, 20, 30 minutes, they are too unfriendly and rude, when you tell them I've come to pick up an order, if they serve you, why don't they look at you, they act deaf, the packaging is terrible, they don't pack the food well

Cool place, right on the corner, great covered patio and some decent pizza and bread options. Happy hour was great, Took a $22 pizza to $12 and some drinks down down $4-$5. They offer, a few wines, a few beers and a few different cocktails. Walk up window, no table service. I wasn't a fan of 20% gratuity being added to my bill automatically for my convenience, especially with no table service and wait at the window for your own drinks and food. Otherwise, well worth the trip.
