I came here for a private event. I do not see myself returning! A few friends and I were not drinking for our own personal reasons. The shorter male bartender with glasses did not want to give us water—correction, he only wanted to sell us water! Everything was about money. I get it; it’s a business, but to beg for TAP WATER is insane! It was a hot/humid day; the central air was not working, and we simply did not want any alcoholic beverages. Why were we denied water!? We were a group of paying customers. Some ordered hookah, food and our other friends had ordered many alcoholic drinks. Our waitress checked in on us several times but when we asked for water, she mentioned that we had to start a tab. That’s when we got up and went to the bar and still had to practically beg for TAP WATER! This has to be a joke. ONE of the bartenders didn’t mind pouring us a few cups of water; it was no issue but his counterpart kept reiterating that they had bottles of water for sell smh never again! It’s very rare that I go out but I’m sure this isn’t the norm unless I’m that detached from the lounge/club scene. I’m a breastfeeding mama who would’ve loved to bring her own container full of filtered water into the lounge but of course that’s not possible. Never in a million years did I think I had to ask countless times for tap water! Yes, I could’ve easily purchased a MINI bottle of water for $2-$3 but why when every bar has access to tap water. Oh, and did I mention that he skipped over us several times once he realized we only wanted water?
Update: One of the owners personally reached out to me to apologize. That meant a lot because I’m big on customer service. I will give rendezvous another chance!

Recently my wife and I popped into this spot for a birthday event, it's a cool place! It's got an amazing vibe. Think of your favorite chill spot or dive bar, but with an upscale esthetic better. The food was Delicious!. Definitely more than what i expected. Prices are what you'd expect for a place in the city, but it's totally worth it for the quality and experience. The mix drinks were impressive. The staff were super acoomodating and friendly. The place is also decked out nicely, it has a relaxed yet kinda fancy feel. It's not super spacious, but that's part of its charm. Its a friendly dive bar vibe with class. Seriously, if you're looking to hang out, celebrate, or just grab a a drink and chill this is your spot. I'd definitely recommend swinging by, especially if you're looking to host a little get together. Or just want to catch the game. Trust me, it's worth checking out!"

This is my favorite lounge in the city. The owners are so inviting and friendly. The bar selections are top notch. The staff is attentive and kind. The drinks are unique and delicious.The food is out of this world and the menu is curated for special events. The layout and decor gives a moody, relaxed vibe, which is perfect for a little hookah and chill. There are TV’s everywhere, so a sport lovers dream.This is also an event space so it’s cool to see the different parties they host. All around, chefs kiss.

Stumble into U St bars and never know what you’re gonna get. This place is an oasis. Beautiful ambiance, good music, but not so loud that I couldn’t enjoy the convo with my group. Great drinks.
