Good luck ever getting your product or a refund. I had to file a chargeback to even get them to respond.

My bottle I ordered has not come and was damaged in shipping. I have not heard anything back from the company.

Unfortunately my order oder arrived incomplete. I paid for two bottles of Gin and received only one. I called their number twice only to hear a message that their mailbox is full. I have emailed twice and not received responses. All I am a trying to learn is when I will shopped the second bottle.
I am disappointed.

I REALLY loved the idea of the product and wanted to support a women + LBGTQ owned company. The whole process was messy from placing my first order to contacting them due to an issue with the shipment. Trying to be understanding of the demand leading up to the election, I stuck to it and finally got my order placed. After a few weeks of not getting a shipment notification I wrote to try and get an ETA on when it would ship. I was told sorry for the delay, they are super busy with orders. Understood. The order finally shipped and after what felt like a long time, I checked the tracking and it was stuck at UPS. The note on the order was that it was alcohol and not shipped correctly so UPS was contacting the seller. I also contacted the seller through our email communication with a screenshot of the UPS note. Nothing. A few follow-ups and still nothing. Then the note on the tracking changed to “arrived damaged, seller has been notified.” Again, sent that screenshot to the thread this time asking for a refund. Again…nothing. After a few more follow up attempts and one post to IG (they seemed to be replying to people on IG but maybe only the “fun” comments), still no reply. In order to get my money back I had to dispute the charge through my bank. I then followed up with them on our email thread letting them know my solution for the lack of response. It has been a few weeks now and STILL nothing from anyone. Pretty bad.

Garbage whiskey trying to cash in on political equity.

I’ll absolutely clarify for you. What I mean by political equity is the capital gained in a political landscape for important causes. As someone that supports women owned and LBGTQ businesses, I find it absolutely off putting to push products that are sub par with the hope of creating a large following with the use of political sway. I’ve been around the whiskey community for some time and can appreciate ingenuity and breaking norms, but I’ll call out when bad is bad. A label doesn’t make great whiskey. Time, care and hard work does. The polar opposite of what I’ve tried with your distillery.

I had concerns about this company when I placed two orders and it was taking forever for UPS to say they had received the package. I called and I emailed numerous times. Every staff person I spoke with on the phone was awesome. They listened, understood my frustration and tried everything in their power to correct. I have received my orders and am delighted. I understand that they are a start up and hope that they can resolve the shipping issues for everyone. They have a great product and an amazing staff!

I was so excited to support this small business but I’ve had an awful experience. I ordered a bottle of bourbon and a sweatshirt. The bourbon arrived but the sweatshirt never did. And they both show “delivered”. I have sent 2 email, multiple DMs and called twice. No response. I’m to the point of contacting my credit card company and letting them deal with it. Plus I’m leery to give the bourbon as the gift I intended because the customer service is so bad. I wouldn’t want the doctor I work for to order something in the future and have a bad experience.

Cancelled my order before it was shipped. After many emails they refunded the bottle cost but gs ever to refund the shipping for items never shipped. Be aware. Impossible to reach them Bordering on criminal and I may need to take this further !!!!!!

I was charged for an order that was never delivered, and no one will pick up the phone to respond to an email. Be careful if ordering from these guys.

In the heat of the Election season i bought the expensive vodka Fascist Tears mostly for a centerpiece. The label come damaged with the lower left hand corner cringled up.and obviously straightened out by a handler.

I took pictures and asked them to send me a new label that I could adhere. They literally went into a rant about the fact that I had not bought insurance....what? And were unable to stand by their product. As a small business owner I don't get these companies that don't stand by their product and use so.e faux excuse for their lack of accountability. We never buy from you again and will warn everyone I know to avoid you like the plaque.

Well, I’m definitely going to give the location another chance. The owner responded immediately regarding the error regarding their operating hours. See you sometime soon! Thanks!

My wife and I really wanted to support this spot, but the hours on Google have not been updated for Saturday. It shows them as being open. We arrived at 1:15p. Sadly, we are off in search of another distillery.

I ordered a bottle of Madam Whiskey for the election night. We all know we couldn't celebrate, but at least we had the pleasure of sipping a great whiskey! This is a great company with also a very good customer service. I will order again! Thank you!

Very smooth! Works well in mixed drinks, and on its own as a shot.
Priced very fairly, the bottle was shipped with proper packaging, and both shipped and delivered within their estimated time frames.
