There are very few vendors open on Sunday in L'Enfant Plaza, but this happens to be one of them. The food was very fresh and you have choices of proteins, sauces and additional add ins. It was quite good for a food court restaurant. The person working there was very helpful and friendly.
Bop Bop is pretty popular and had a long line when I ordered. Because of this I can understand why the server wanted to do things quickly. Still I felt rushed and that the server was not warm to say the least. The amount of toppings given was actually quite small too. It felt like most of the bowl was just brown rice. ?

2/5 times I was there, no one was present to assist. I try to stick around for some time but no one comes out! So I ended up buying from other places. I saw a couple other people doing the same.
