Service is a bit chaotic, but the food is good. Soda machine was out of order and they still display "opening soon" banner.

The food is definitely for a bigger hunger as the portions are big and greasy. But the extra fat gives it extra flavour and we needed extra calories that day.
My wife loved her tacos and she's a very fussy about them.

Walked in on a weekday afternoon and there wasn’t an employee in sight. Waited at the front for about 6 minutes before someone came out and took my order. Tacos made with only one corn tortilla (instead of typically 2 for birria) so they fall apart very quickly. It tasted fine, nothing special but not bad at all. Rice was a bit undercooked/must’ve been the old batch because it was a bit too hard.

Wheelchair accessibility: Front door is incredibly heavy and prone to sticking. Needs a REALLY hard tug to open.

I’m on a birria obsession currently and this place knocks it out of the park! Especially when I asked if I could have my quesadilla birria style, they happily obliged and it was SO delicious and satisfying! Definitely coming back whenever I need my quesa-birria fix.

Taco de Birria by Rice Bar turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Initially, we were skeptical about a taco bar by a Korean chain, but the tacos were pretty good and offered decent value. The broth and the tacos were great, and the hot sauce condiments were also good. It's a solid choice for a tasty taco fix.
