The food didn't seem fresh at all. My first impression was that the meat wasn't hot, but lukewarm. We ordered the tajadas con carne, tajadas con pollo and 2 baleadas. I don't recommend the tajadas at all (and they are my favorite Honduran dish). The carne asada meat from the tajadas was tough and dry. It seemed like it was leftovers from the fridge, reheated in the microwave. The plantain slices, which are supposed to be tender and moist, were dry and even crunchy like chips in places. Disappointed. My Honduran boyfriend says the baleadas were good, though. I wouldn't go back here. They aren't trying hard enough to serve quality food and it doesn't compare at all to other Honduran restaurants I've eaten at.
