Cooks are a bit slow. I ordered online and it took close to an hour. That's 25 minutes past the time the said it would be ready. They cashier said 8-10 more minutes and when I finally got the straps and nuggets they were just warm not even hot as they allegedly were just cooked. The only bright spot was the politeness of the cashier. But nothing like a free drink or cookie for my inconvenience.

Very delicious sandwich and good fries. My complaint is with the service. We ordered online and picked up the food. We paid extra .50 cents for each lettuce on each butger and got only one burger had lettuce. I also asked for Rooster sauce and honey mustard but instead received 6 honey mustard sauces. This was my first experience and I would eat here again for the food quality. Hopefully this was a one off.

I’ve gotten their food to go about 4 times now and each time it’s been delicious! As a grown person with a 2 year old, even I enjoy their chicken nuggets! Crispy white meat lightly fried to perfection! I had their chicken wings yesterday (medium heat) and I inhaled them! They weren’t very spicy and even had a sweetness to them that I really enjoyed! Highly recommend. Their chicken sandwiches are pretty good too and the oyster mushroom sandwich is good but should be eaten as soon as you get it. I wouldn’t recommend reheating it, but that’s really with any oyster mushroom sandwich in my opinion.Their milkshakes are good and their lemonade & sweet teas are bomb!I haven’t sat down to eat there, and it’s a small space with just a bar too counter, but it’s great to bring back home for the familyOh my gosh, how did I forget about their fries?! Those were devoured before I could even make it home yesterday. They definitely give Five Guys a run for their money. They’re cooked perfectly!When I don’t want bread and want some veggies, I get the chicken x coleslaw meal which is good and is exactly what it says lol. They do have fresh jalapeños inside the coleslaw so it is spicy.For someone who has tried just about everything on the menu, I highly recommend them for your occasional eat out night!
