I'm disappointed with my recent experiences at this Roaming Rooster location, especially regarding the manager, Tirsit. In my personal experience, her customer service has been consistently unprofessional and unhelpful. Each interaction I've had with her has felt dismissive, and it's difficult to understand how someone with those interpersonal skills is in a management position. What's even more concerning is how she appears to treat the employees. From what l've observed, she seems to be unfair and unsupportive toward her staff, which creates an uncomfortable environment for both workers and customers. Healthy workplaces rely on respect and good leadership, and unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be the case here under her management. I truly hope the company reviews the situation, because the food is great but the management experience, at least with Tirsit, has been very disappointing.

Got the sliders beltway box deal (1 slider + fries + drink for 11.99$) and it tasted so good! I honestly wish I got two of them. The fries are on the softer side but they go rlly well with the sand which. The rooster sauce is so delicious I drenched the sandwich in it 😂

Visiting from Va, so it was my first visit. The restaurant was clean, and the young man working on 10/3/25 was friendly. I only got a chicken sandwich but it was good and flavorful.

I tried their food for the first time yesterday, based on a recommendation of a new employee at my place of work. I was absolutely shocked by how delicious the sandwich was. The chicken was crispy and juicy and the rooster sauce was dynamite! After lunch, I recommended it to another coworker who then also ordered it for lunch and tried it for the first time. She said she had the same experience I had- life changing! If you’re looking for a chicken sandwich, this is the place to go!
Friendly service. Food was awesome. We both got the buffalo chicken sandwich but I doubt you can go wrong with any of the sandwiches. Great place for a quick meal!
The food quality is amazing, the food was also fresh made you could tell because the sándwich was still hot! Defenitely coming back! Also the customer service is on point they were really kind which is a plus!

First time trying here it was great experience to try chicken breast
I went on a small Ethiopian food tour last month in DC. Excellent chicken sandwich (slider). If you only want the sandwich with the pickles, be sure to ask for the Roaming Rooster slider or (RR slider), unless you want to pay extra for a combo. And even then, make sure that the cashier knows what you're talking about. I kept having to tell the cashier that I only wanted the sandwich and not the combo, until someone else from the back came to assist me. You can also order a sandwich with slaw if that's your thing. Also, if you're not a spice person, then stay at medium heat only if you've ordered a drink with your meal. Otherwise, stay at low heat. The rooster sauce compliments the sandwich very well.
