I just left this location about 25 min ago and I must say that my wings were horrible, first off they weren’t cooked all the way and had no seasoning what so ever, won’t be returning to this location ever

I was really impressed by the food here. The sandwich was delicious and the portion of fries was massive. The honey butter chicken sandwich is seriously greasy — literally dripping with oil — but let’s be real, you’re not ordering a fried chicken sandwich to be healthy. You can order with an iPad and get texted when your order is ready, and Western Market has plenty of seating inside and out. I’ll come back again the next time I have a craving for oily goodness.

absolutely the worst experience i have had from a food place in a long time. I would like to think i have a strong stomach, but this honey butter chicken sandwich made me throw up almost instantly after eating it. This straight up almost sent me to the grave infront of a bunch of people (a very kind lady helped me throughout this experience). My sister, whom had problems with this place before, wanted to give it another shot because she loves the chicken sandwich at the rockville location. Sadly, this sandwich took no pity on her either, giving her EXPLOSIVE diarrhea. I dont know whats wrong with this location, but ive heard nothing but incredible things from the other locations, this one might be cursed. Sadly i wont be eating chicken for a while after this experience, thanks a lot roaming rooster foggy bottom ?.

Slow bad service

Can someone please tell me what this is and why it’s in my food.This is crazy!! I order here all the time and never have I ever gotten something this bad. !!!!

I always come here to get wings, which are amazing. I never write reviews of this sort, but today there was one lady whom I asked to take my order. She was super rude and when I asked a question, she simply turned her back and kept doing other things just because I did not understand what she said.

The chicken sandwiches and nuggets here are good. The hot and extra hot spice levels have a nice kick but they don’t drown out the flavor. Overall, this is a great spot to go if you’re looking for some good chicken.

The chicken sandwich was better than any place I had (chik-fil-a, popeyes, daves hot chicken). For that alone its worth it.But they gotta take the coleslaw off the menu, its just lettuce in a cup for $4. That was a waste of money.

Food: Visited on a Saturday night around 7. It wasn’t busy for me at all. I ordered a Nashville (medium spiciness) sandwich and a honey butter (mild spiciness) sandwich at the kiosk ($25). I liked the spicy kick of the Nashville sandwich that I may attempt the next spicy level. The mild honey butter sandwich is great for people who cannot handle spicy food. The rooster sauce is a free add-on on the side that was good as well. Tip: it may be a little messy so grab napkins.Tables: there are plentiful tables that were clean. The facility workers come around to tidy up the area, but don’t forget to clean up after yourself as well.Restrooms: clean public restroom with water fountains located right outside.

Wheelchair accessibility: Push open doors that actually work. Spacious between the food stalls and tables. Accessible bathroom stall (1) with low sink counters.

The one on Good Hope Rd Southeast needs better professional cookers that fried chicken was horrible and nasty I bought it twice never again it was burnt and taste like the chicken was fried in leftover yesterday's grease.... I will NOT return btw y'all be giving too many pickles in the
