The chicken sandwich was better than any place I had (chik-fil-a, popeyes, daves hot chicken). For that alone its worth it.But they gotta take the coleslaw off the menu, its just lettuce in a cup for $4. That was a waste of money.

Food: Visited on a Saturday night around 7. It wasn’t busy for me at all. I ordered a Nashville (medium spiciness) sandwich and a honey butter (mild spiciness) sandwich at the kiosk ($25). I liked the spicy kick of the Nashville sandwich that I may attempt the next spicy level. The mild honey butter sandwich is great for people who cannot handle spicy food. The rooster sauce is a free add-on on the side that was good as well. Tip: it may be a little messy so grab napkins.Tables: there are plentiful tables that were clean. The facility workers come around to tidy up the area, but don’t forget to clean up after yourself as well.Restrooms: clean public restroom with water fountains located right outside.Wheelchair accessibility: Push open doors that actually work. Spacious between the food stalls and tables. Accessible bathroom stall (1) with low sink counters.

Aw every time I come, it take forever to get my food. It should never take yall 40 minutes to give me my food when yall supposed to be a FAST FOOD place. Then yall food mid, fries be burnt all that. Yall customer service mid too. Then yall fries little. Yall get so much money and be giving out 2 centimeter fries.

Finally tried RR's brick and mortar location after the GW Chick Fil A closed down, and really glad I did.The honey butter chicken is one of the best chicken sandwiches in the area. It's messy so grab a lot of napkins. Hot nuggets were pretty good, they don't need condiments.Be aware that there's nowhere to sit during the lunch rush.

Roaming Rooster is my favorite place to go to in Western Market. Their honey butter chicken sandwich is my kryptonite- oozing with honey butter deliciousness and melted cheddar cheese. The chicken is always cooked perfectly and the bun complements it just as well. The only reason I docked a star is because it can take a while to get your food. I have found it to be best when you order directly from the kiosk instead of waiting for someone to take your order. If you're super hungry, get the fries too, but I have found the richness of the sandwich is enough to get you full.

24 minutes waiting for a sandwich? What the heck is wrong?

First time trying Roaming Rooster and I really Enjoyed the OG Nashville Chicken Sandwich with Fries. A bit pricey for a sandwich, fries, and bottled drink but hey it's DC!!!

It's the best fried chicken. This location had difficult parking so had to pay 11 dollars in parking garage ti pick up my meal. The market is nice.Parking: 11 dollars for 1 hr.

Stopped by Roaming Rooster near old uni and unfortunately the overall experience was quite disappointing. The customer service was so bad that I didn't even want to try what I bought. I was handed a room temperature water which in the grand scheme of things wasn't that bad but the overall impression was already made. I try to look for positives but I couldn't find one here. Maybe the other locations are better but I'm less inclined to try another one.

I came here an ordered the veggie Roo (fried oyster mushrooms sandwich). The food took forever to come and there was one person in front of me, this defeats the purpose of fast food. I don't know what they did to the oyster mushrooms because they were like chewing rubber. Their famous roo sauce tasted like extra sweet honey mustard with hot sauce in it. I won't back. A horrible meal.
