Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies

Today I ordered a smoothie and I watched an employee attempting to clean the surface where they stored all of the fruit and veggies for the drinks. He sprayed cleaner and I watched the particle from the spray bottle contaminate all of the food items. I asked for a refund and it took ten minutes to refund my order. Not one employee knew how to issue it. After the employees called their manager Ana. I was told that my purchase was voided and that the payment should be returned to my card. I didn't receive any receipts or anything. I was told to check my bank statements and come back if I am not refunded. I mentioned to the employee that he should spray the towel or close the refrigerator door and he told me that the spray didn't get in there. I told him I watched it. And he said I am sorry about that. This type of contamination is the reason why people get sick when eating or drinking out. Warning your smoothie may contain an unknown cleaning product. I guess in 24 hours I will know if I was refunded or not.

AVOID AVOID AVOID especially if you have food allergies or sensitivities. I went into full anaphylaxis after drinking a smoothie here, that was supposedly made with all ingredients I had consumed in the past week. I’ve never had a reaction like this in my life -they must have major cross-contamination issues, probably not helped by all the 16 year old kids working there that were more focused on gossiping about other workers instead of doing their jobs/properly sanitizing blenders. Save yourself the ER visit!!!

The smoothie was delicious, but the customer service was the worst. Today we visited the store with my son, and a blonde girl that served us was rude, and utterly disrespectful. Will not go back.

Very good smoothies, saved me from the heat of the sun (I get hot very easily). Would recommend!

Good smoothies

Specific to this location: multiple UberEats order have come completely melted from this location. Unacceptable.I order from Robeks pretty often, but this specific location has now had 3 açaís bowls delivered completely melted to me. I don’t know what these people are doing there, but they obviously need to learn from the other locations as I have never had an issue with them. Do not order from here.

I enjoyed everything except finding unblended fruit at the bottom of the smoothie, not a deal breaker but that's the only flaw

Ordered an açaí bowl. Was super disappointed. Açaí was runny, tiny portions of peanut butter and banana with granola. Looked like a smoothie. Would never come here again. Go to south block instead.
