The customer service is awesome! staff is great and welcoming. I got a vegetable juice that was delicious and very healthy and got a smoothie. They use real fruit in their smoothies. I will be returning

Specific to this location: multiple UberEats order have come completely melted from this location. Unacceptable.I order from Robeks pretty often, but this specific location has now had 3 açaís bowls delivered completely melted to me. I don’t know what these people are doing there, but they obviously need to learn from the other locations as I have never had an issue with them. Do not order from here.

I love the smoothies here! I usually go to a different location but this location was god awful terrible in there customer line management. I was waiting in line for 15 minutes and when I reached the front the front desk person walked away and didn't come back. To the point people in line did self order and got their drinks faster so I assumed maybe they are leaning towards people doing the self order. BUT as soon as I walked away- the person started servicing the line. Overall- this experience was not pleasant and I'm writing this review WHILE I'm in line- I've been at this store for 35 minutes for 1 smoothie...that I ended up SELF ORDERING!

Ordered an açaí bowl. Was super disappointed. Açaí was runny, tiny portions of peanut butter and banana with granola. Looked like a smoothie. Would never come here again. Go to south block instead.

Drink was terrible and the place was ran by teenagers with poor customer service. Seems like they had their friends there hanging out. Too expensive for a terrible drink. I would give it a zero. I support our youth working 1000% but they need proper training. Please properly train the employees and have a manager on staff

Would not recommend, my smoothie is basically juice, it’s all watery… not thick. No chunks of any fruit. I don’t think any fruit was used in my smoothie, all I taste is apple juice. Waste of money, not what I remembered this place to be.
I love this place. The staff is friendly and fast. Good smoothies.... Great for hangovers!

Everything is super fresh, can make the smoothies dairy free. The fresh ingredients are on display and they juice them right in front of you. Staff was nice and quick. There was no line and I would return.
