This restaurant in the Omni surprised us. The fruit was fresh and not pre-cut or slimy like so many fruit bowls. Everything we ordered was high quality. We were surprised because it was a suburb hotel. The service was quick, friendly, and attentive. The ambiance was beautiful. We are from the west coast and are used to finding fresh, goid quality food. This restaurant was comparable.
The Easter Brunch at Robert’s was the perfect family meal after morning worship. The chefs at each food station — pasta, omelette, meat carving — took time to expertly prepare each dish to specification. But it is atmosphere— old Washington elegance bathed in golden light with the occasional sighting of political leaders— that enhances this dining experience. Highly recommended!
My family and I spend Easter at Omni Shoreham every year. This year the Easter Brunch was especially special. The food was a tremendous improvement from the last two years. The corn and crab soup was perfectly seasoned, the carving station was fantastic, the salads were fresh, but the desserts were particularly spectacular. I was angry and how good they were. The bite sized desserts were full of flavor and perfectly sweet. I believe there is a new chef and it shows in the taste...
