Great food as always! Gazpacho was delicious and refreshing, duck was beautifully crispy with savory and sweet accompaniments, and the petite filet was perfectly cooked. Warm onion tart is a delightful appetizer with surprising combinations. The menu has changed from a month or two ago, but I can always count on a delicious meal made with attention to detail, reasonably priced cocktails (for DC), and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely try this place if you haven't.
Rosemary's owner Frédéric is a joy to interact with, as are all his staff. We enjoyed octopus, sweetbreads, veal cheeks, and the famous Floating Island dessert. We dine at rosemary regularly, and have a wonderful experience every time. Highly recommended!
The kitchen can cook. However, the service front of the house is clueless. Dishes sit for five minutes or more with waitstaff walking by oblivious. You pour your water here. No a/c does not help on a hot Washington D C summer day.
