I can not say enough good things about this place. It is top tier customer service and experience from start to finish. The food is phenomenal. I will note that you should expect to pay a pretty penny, however it is absolutely worth the splurge for the experience. This was the second time I have gone and both we amazing.

I finally got the chance to try this place with my girlfriend, and it didn’t disappoint. Rose’s feels special without being stuffy—the food is full of flavor, the space is beautiful, and the whole experience just feels easy and thoughtful. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to.

We loved our experience at Rose’s Luxury, truly one of the best meals we’ve had in DC. Lindsay was our server and we can’t speak highly enough of her, her service was wonderful.
Everything we had was great, especially: Pork & Lychee salad, baked cauliflower (off menu item), pasta in paper, fried pork, and the mole dessert. We also had the jalapeño margarita (pictured) and the That’s My Jam cocktails, both were fantastic.

People usually complain about the size of Michelin Star restaurant portions. This place feeds you. Everything was excellent. Will return for the items we didn't get to try.

Loved this place — can’t believe I’ve lived in DC for so long and never been. We went on one of the a-la-carte nights so it wasn’t as expensive as it typically is, and everything we ordered was absolutely stunning and delicious!! We didn’t live the desserts as much, but the main food and our drinks were SO great. Our server was super fun and gave great menu recs!! Will definitely come back (on a very special occasion given the high fixed price cost).

We dined with Bonnie as our server tonight and my wife and I had our best dinner experience ever. With three kids, this was our Christmas gift to each other and Bonnie and the staff at Rose’s Luxury made it a magical night! The food and cocktails were the best we ever had. This is not an upscale snobby Michelin Star restaurant- it is very much a relaxed atmosphere and the staff is very down to earth. Thanks so much for making this a memorable night- can’t wait to come back!

Service was exceptional but they picked creativity over flavor and as a result some of the dishes fall very flat.

Boy, do I miss when Rose’s Luxury used to do à la carte. We could pick the dishes we actually wanted without being locked into a $130 pre-set menu. The issue with the pre-set is that it’s a mixed bag & the main entrees're forced to be shared with the table. If we want to share, we could do that ourselves lol. I also think the menu back then was simply more fun.
The pork & lychee salad's still on the menu and has always been my favorite. I’m glad they didn’t get rid of it since it’s by far the best dish here. The tteokbokki à la vodka is also a fun fusion that works well.
The main entrées meant for sharing were mediocre for us - a letdown, as none of the options're particularly good nor creative. It feels like the meal starts strong with the pork & lychee salad and then slowly goes downhill from there. The service, however, is excellent & is what's really carrying their Michelin Star 1 status in my opinion.
Overall, I don’t think it’s as good as it once was. Is it enjoyable? Sure. But is it worth $130? Absolutely not.

Rose’s Luxury absolutely lives up to the hype. The food is creative but still comforting, with every dish feeling thoughtfully put together and full of flavor — nothing felt overdone or pretentious. The pork sausage, pasta dishes, and desserts were all standouts, and the portions were generous enough to share without feeling small. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the service strikes a great balance between knowledgeable and laid-back. It’s the kind of place where you can tell everyone actually cares about the food and the experience. Worth the wait and definitely worth coming back.

Our friend group reserved the private rooftop space which seats 12 (very tight) but was perfect for 10. Everything about this experience was amazing. Kay provided quite possibly the best service I've ever experienced - super knowledgeable, attentive, funny and commanded the room. The tasting was a delicious representation of all the best dishes - each one full of flavor and perfectly prepared. The timing was impeccable - we had plenty of time to talk and be social and the dishes came out only once everyone was done with the last course and the plates were cleared. We included the wine pairing, which included a fun introduction to each wine and why it was chosen for each course.
I highly recommend this experience as a special treat to yourself with friends or family!

The pork with lychee was really delicious.
But didn’t like their main dish portion. Could be bigger actually🥲.
Ingredients were cheap at that price point.
