Food was phenomenal. I got a falafel salad with everything on it. Priced a bit high but it’s DC. Staff was quick and able to work through the long line with ease. They are popular.

I appreciate the customer service. But you should really put a pepper marks next to items containing spicy sauces. I ordered the classic Pita Sandwich but it came out spicy (ask for green s'hug on the side!). Didn't expect that. As a result, I asked for my order to be re-made. Thanks!

We are visitors to DC and had our eye on Roti as we love Mediterranean food. Not only was the food wonderful, the staff at the Plaza L'Enfant location were super kind and helpful. It was our first time trying Roti and they explained all of the options and helped us order. We loved the food and especially the staff and the service.

Given the line I anticipated waiting longer for for ordering and my meal. The service was fast and the food tasty! I am vegan and the options are wicked good here.Everything is prepared right before you so a lot of control over the ingredients which is nice. Fresh food, great service cannot be beat for a fast food stop!I had a salad bowl with saffron couscous, carrots slices, roasted corn, english cukes, roasted cherry tomatoes, and a dab of hummus. Delicious!

Ordered through grubhub for pickup because I was in a hurry. Went and got my order and went back to work popped my green/grain bowl open and no grain at all. Frustrating. Says right on the receipt green/grain bowl. Apparently they missed the grain part. No time to go back. Luckily grubhub refunded my order. But word for the wise.. check your order before walking away. Lesson learned.

I arrived at about 1:05 p.m. and I have enclosed a copy of my receipt for your reference.This location is close to my office and very convenient for quick grab, on-the-go lunches. I am a frequent customer of this establishment. However, my experience this afternoon was not a positive one. I ordered the Sweet Potato bowl with Chicken and Salmon add-ons. The bowl was very tasty with the exception of the sweet potatoes, which were essentially served RAW. I've enclosed a photo of the RAW sweet potatoes for your reference. I request you to kindly investigate and take action against the staff and all the people associated with this matter. This place was ok. Everything was fresh, but I felt that the portions were lacking for the amount spent. Everything felt thrown together. The flavors were good, but just needed something more for me. Everything was just very lightly seasoned. I got a salad bowl with harissa chicken (which was the best part), tomato, cucumber, pickles, curry carrots, tahini slaw that had no sauce on it (so plain cabbage?), and the s'hug sauce.

During grad school about 8 years ago, Roti was my go-to casual place whenever I wanted Mediterranean food. I've tried it twice recently and while the service is great and the restaurant is clean, unfortunately the food quality has gone down. The portions are large, so you'll definitely be full. However - although I would choose Roti over any fast food - I've tried several options here and almost everything lacked flavor.
