First time I tried it, I thought this was great in Chicago.
I saw it on a business trip to DC and thought it was worth another shot. Then BAM. Terrific. Again.
This time, they had a limited hot sauce that was immaculate. I would bottle it and eat it. I'd drink it neat if I could.

I had an AMAZING meal at Roti this past weekend. The falafel, pita, and harissa chicken bowl are unmatched. So upset I don't live in DC because I would be eating Roti every day. Friendly staff + great food + awesome atmosphere. Highly recommend!

This place had an unpleasant bathroom odor every time I walked in. It made me lose my appetite. This was in summer of 2024.

We had a late lunch around 3pm and found this restaurant while we were walking around DC. Even at odd hour, the restaurant was busy and there was line to order.
- harissa chicken bowl: delicious! The chicken was well seasoned and tender. The chick peas, pickled onion, and tomato were perfectly complemented the dish.
- chicken roti & tahini pita: very good. The chicken was tender and there were lots of pieces in it. The pita was toasted yet still soft. The tahini sauce was creamy and the fixings complemented the dish perfectly.

I got there and thought the chicken roti looked good, but I wanted steak. They were super nice and gave me steak on the roti, which isn't a normal option. All the workers were kind and smiling, very clean, very nice

I parked my car in a garage next to this place and went inside assuming it's Indian. To my surprise it's not Indian but it's even better ad I'm glad I went in. The guy who helped make the bowl suggested a lot of options, not many people do that anymore. Definitely not in a busy Downtown like DC. Kudos to the guy. I had Falafel bowl (Build your own) and added lot of toppings to my liking. Also had spicy yogurt and hummus and topped off with croutons. Finished it off with their spiciest sauce. Loved everybit of the bowl and spicy sauce is to die for. Will try more options.

Super accommodating and easy for my gluten, dairy, and nut allergies! I also avoid grains, which can be a challenge to find and still be able to fill up. Only the rice, corn, pita, and sauces were needed to be avoided. I got an extra protein and olive oil, and I was definitely able to fill up.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Music was a bit loud, but that's typical of a restaurant.

We had a long day at the museum and we're looking for an affordable healthy place to eat and this fit the bill perfectly. Service was excellent and friendly, with laughs and smiles like we were old friends. We'll definitely be back.

The falafel pita was insanely delicious—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Definitely a must-try spot if you’re nearby.

I used to love this food but moved away. Then ordered on uber eats recently and got several sauces on the side. They didn’t include a single one. Service was no good. Food not as good as I remember. Roti fell off sadly
