The food is great and they have a great dine-in area, although I ordered takeout.
I had the Za'atar Chicken Bowl with a few add-ons and I don't have a single negative thing to say. I will most definitely be back.

The food does not look even close to the pictures. The vegetables were tired, seems like they were several days old. In our Caesar salad bowel there were odd looking lettuce that seemed rotten. The steak pieces were small, dry and again, seems like it was lying there for a few days. The pita and phalaphel were good and fresh. The sellers were very nice and polite. Overall, very disappointed.

had chicken tahini pita. ingredients were fresh but the flavor didn't pack a punch. I ate it but didn't finish with I would order again. Decent. The falafel was mid.

Love Roti for the convenience. I was also very happy with how quickly my order was prepared despite the lunch hour rush, and the team is super efficient and friendly.

Very good spot for lunch. Excellent service. Many options for various cuisines. The harissa chicken salad is really good.
Lots of space and sitting for a good joint of this nature “grab and go” style of food servings. But, no complains it is always welcoming to have good dine in option. Very pleased with the food and the quality. Harissa chicken bowl is top notch.
A bit on the pricier side

Extremely fast service, excellent quality food, and a lot of vegetables, which are sometimes difficult to find when you’re on the road. Great flavors and delicious, well-cooked proteins that were not dry. I would stop here again, especially if I were in the same hotel since it was only a few blocks over. We ordered a salmon bowl and a chicken salad bowl, both of which were excellent. It's slightly spendy, but that’s understandable in this area.
Dietary restrictions: You can completely customize your meals, so dietary restrictions are straightforward to deal with here.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are wide aisles and lots of table access. You should be able to get in and out very easily!

In town for a conference in nearby hotel. Tried the Chicken Roti & Tahini pita with some spicy feta. Great Pita!!! Everything seasoned well with great Persian cucumbers. Will be back for sure!

A really good place for a light and slightly healthier lunch. We took pita with falafel and self-assembled salad. Really reasonable prices and great portion size. It's really tasty but don't expect real falafel now because it's not (it tasted really nice but not exactly falafel)

Food is okay
The Mediterranean version of Chipotle. Not the best, but satisfying enough, and not that expensive.

I will try to keep this review short... I placed a group order last week; however had issues with the online platform. The group link would not work. For the sake of time I went ahead and gathered each individual order and placed them myself. After I submitted the order, I broke each individual order out with names into a spreadsheet to assist store lead with labeling and to ensure that all orders were correct. I spoke with him on Friday, sent him and email per his request with all the details, asked for utensils and to ensure all names were on each item. Spoke with him again on Monday to make sure he had order and was ready to go for this Wednesday. Conversation had me a little insecure that it would not go well. Spoke with him again on Wednesday, the day of the order. Needless to say the order was 45mins. late, no utensils and a couple wrong items/ingredients. I was very disappointed. So why the 4 stars? Spoke with Melinda who quickly put me in contact with Team Lead Chris Terrazas at another location. They were very professional and apologetic. He rectified the situation and offered us free lunch to recoup relationship. So, sometimes mistakes will be made, but give a chance to correct. Thanks Melinda and Chris and 1629 K St. NW catering team for stepping in to make a bad experience better. Again apologies for long review. Will provide and update on next visit.
